Great app that is like AirBnB for Swimming pools!
I have used Simply app a few times and found the process to be reliable and trustworthy. Greatly enjoy being able to rent a pool and have found the pics and descriptions to be accurate. For anyone interested in renting a pool or backyard, try it out. It works very well.

Great saltwater pool!
Our second time using Swimply and it was just as awesome! The pool at the home we chose had so many things to make it great. Outdoor bathroom/shower/dressing room. We had a 3 hour booking and loved every minute!

We simply felt home, unexpected privacy level, well organized and clean, smart ideas for shower and toilet, extra stuff and luxury like hotel style, and taken care of every single detail that we didn't even think about!!!

LANDLORDS BEWARE!!
LANDLORDS BEWARE!!! My tenant rented out the pool on the property owned by me without me knowing. Was alerted by gardener. She made undisclosed amount while exposing me to immeasurable liability. There was over $5,000 of damage to my pool caused by human waste. Swimply failed to do their due diligence to ensure the person renting out the pool was the pool owner and not a renter. Disgusting and irresponsible business.
