Excellent customer service. There was a problem with delivery of my order but this was swiftly dealt with and a duplicate order despatched an delivered in two days.

No postage to pay and it arrived quickly - kids are happy and that’s what matters

Swingball itself is a great outdoor game but the ball started peeling after a week so i went to order a new one but when i went to make an order it would only let me order 1 and not the 2 i requested so this is the only reason for my rating

We had a problem with the tennis pro reflex trainer, where the ball had come away from the string. I contacted customer service and they could not be more helpful! We received our replacement within a couple of days. Refreshing to receive such great customer care.

A perfect replacement for my swingball ball. Genuine and good quality. Hopefully it will last a long time.

The box arrived and looked like it had been jumped all over multiple times and then run over by a lorry! It is for a gift so I am very disappointed!

We had a problem with the ball falling off our swingball game and they sent through a replacement straight away. Good communication.

I placed an order June 25th, I followed up with and email to customer service on July 5 and again on July 7th. Still no response and no delivery! A reminder pooped up asking for feedback so here it is! Poor customer service, poor delivery, poor communication!

I ordered 2 weeks ago was given a 3-5 working day delivery and still not received. I have chased via email twice, as only was to contact, and as yet still no response.

It's been more than 10 working days since the order has been placed. I have sent multiple emails requesting a delivery date for my replacement part with no reply to date. Very poor.

Same issue as previous poster. I ordered a replacement ball direct from the website nearly 2 weeks ago, money has been taken but no confirmation email, no response to multiple online enquiries (no phone number to contact).
