If I could give 0 I would. I am also moving to a different operator. I contacted the service for two reasons, I was charged double in October and I could not send SMS. The person that was responding to my chats didn't want to listen and was just writing what "they thought" to be the right approach, that I contacted Twint??? I don't even use Twint, or they said "your bank". My bank is not the problem you are!!

Customer support is awful, as are the services they release. Since they are the issuers of the Binance card, I asked them about a problem I had. It seems they don't want to give me explanations, plus they have entrusted the case to "technical support team", who has been making me wait for more than a month. Avoid it.

It's impossible to describe what I have been throught with this people to try to cancel my card. It's just unbelieveble how a customer support service can be this bad. To make it that bad you need to do it on purpose, it cannot get worse than that. It takes weeks to reply to your emails, and you need to insist before you get some type of stupid reply like "the technical department does not recognize your email"... Worst experience ever....
Swipe, missing funds from wallet. Disappeared.
Swipe, such a disappointment in the Crypto space. I got a card, and used it a few times buying items. For the 1st month wasn't a problem. Then I wanted to make a purchase, so I swapped euros into XLM which was my funding option to buy items. I know I left 37-38 euro in the fiat wallet. Bought the items i wanted and it took the XLM for payment. Then shortly after I noticed that the rest of my fiat money had just gone, all of my Bitcoin cashback that I'd got from purchases ($10 worth) had gone and around $110 of ETH that I bought with fiat, also gone. Transactions prove that I hadn't moved any of it. I downloaded my transaction history. 100% proof that I hadn't used the missing items.
I contact customer service through the app, multiple times only to be told that we must wait for "Technical Team" to investigate. I gave them screen shots of app transactions, balances, all sent to help-at-swipe.io I was told, yes we have all the info now wait. After 8 weeks of me asking again on the app where my money had gone and being fobbed off, I was told to email dispute-at-swipe.io. I did this, explaining yet again the whole saga. They then asked what transaction id, dates, blah blah blah but they have all the transaction info there themselves, or so I was told by the standard customer service guys. I then explained that after a transaction that did go through with XLM purchase all the other items disappeared so how could I show a transaction when it just disappeared from my account, without any transactions from me. Nothing to show it had moved. But 100% it was taken from my wallet. I even sent then my downloaded Transactions excel sheet. They have all information required. This was 4 weeks ago now. I've emailed twice since and I'm being ignored. And now I get another email from customer service informing me that the app has now closed and I have to move all funds from it. How on earth can I remove my stolen funds when customer services just ignore me.
Honestly this company is an absolute con. Maybe the staff are stealing funds. I've read various posts on the Internet that sound like this has happened to other customers.

Absolutely stay away from this app. I tried bank and every direct payment method--nothing works. Customer service told me to use credit card but didn't tell me it comes with a hefty 4% fee. Couldn't get it reversed/refunded even though they're fully custodial. Customer service has little power/is useless and very poor in general. Don't bother with this headache. After dispute, they told my cc company they sold me a "voucher" even though I clearly purchased Tether, not some voucher. Dishonest, unprofessional, and shady.

Whatever your issue is, tech team will be summoned. But as far as I know tech team never provided me a feedback for more than 3 months, for a chargeback / issue with payment.
Swipe is an alpha / beta product, that sometimes is declined, or rejected by the merchant but still you pay, have no news.
Support doesnt even understand his own product, what is a stablecoin, a funding source, fees to transfer, delays to chargeback (14 business days? I dont think so). Support cannot terminates your card or provides information relative to unstake after 180 days. Support dont know ****, only do follow ups that get no answers from IT.
Communication was a mess, has cause multiples freefall prices. Techteam is the schrodinger's cat. Cannot say if it exists or not. It makes me sick to see the twitter GIFs, the censored reddit (unable to post). It might be a great succes in the future but for now it's ******* garbage.

I have to admit that the customer service at other competing crypto card companies could be bad, but the customer service at Swipe.io is much much worse. To put it bluntly, the company does not care about their customers even after you have spent your money on them. They do not stand behind their customers even after making payments have been made and they advocate using social media, such as Telegram, to get official answers from their "official team" who are scammers. They do this clearly knowing the medium has a cesspool of scammers and they do not attempt to block or recognize any of them as scammers as I have seen the same imposters posing as official team members for months with no clear handling of the problem. Sadly, Swipe.io is a company that has been backed by big brother Binance; this part makes me really sad that Binance chose the wrong company to partner with. In comparison to much smaller crypto companies who use Telegram or other social media, those good small companies require using a PIN or Password code generated so you know for sure you are talking to an official representative. EllioTrades is an good example. Instead, bad policy Swipe.io insists that you message the "official representative" first, then while you wait, have a scammer/imposter answer your questions, which Swipe.io on Telegram and on the Swipe.io app have failed to answer. Imposters and Officials look and sound the same. You can't tell because the icons and names are the same as the official representative who you wrote your initial message to, as instructed by Swipe.io pathetic policy for fighting scammers. Sadly, the scammers gave better customer service than the official Swipe representatives on both social media and their app platforms. Maybe Swipe should hire the scammers for better customer service results. Sadly, this is not the only bad news about working with Swipe.io.
Swipe.io has failed on basically every encounter I have had with them. From funding, to transferring 3,000 SXP token to my Swipe.io wallet, to getting my Steel card, to getting Swipe app access, to having to multiple times restate me identity via the app and email and chat, to having multiple times re-verify my shipping address, to getting locked out of the app multiple times (CRAZY, I know!). The bad list really goes on-and-on and more I can list but the whole experience is just too exhausting. Just a few more examples: on the day it was announced that bank access for US customers is now enabled with the app was not true.. I know because I checked multiple times; Customer service on their app and on Telegram had no clue of its status, although it was clearly advertised on all media that Swipe.io official backs behind, but again fails to stand the advertisements made on those platforms even though is it clearly made officially by Swipe.io. Swipe's left hand doesn't know what its right hand is doing. Good luck on trying on getting any information for Swipe or any help at all, especially after you have given them your money. It has been more than four frustrating months trying to work with the Swipe.io team. Do yourself a big big favor and just stay away from Swipe.io and don't risk your valuable time or crypto assets. Much better elsewhere.
If you have specific questions, I will try to answer based on my availability. In short, if I had to deal with crypto card company again, just go with Crypto.com. sadly it is actually much better service.

Card rebates don't work, they say you have to wait 2 months to get the rebate and when you don't get even then they will keep saying some non sense but it never gets resolved
You can't even cancel the account to get back your locked SXP, the chat says contact through email and no one responds on the email even after 2 weeks
They keep changing things, adds new features one week and cancels them the next.

Refund issues
Terrible customer service , their tech team doesn't respond or resolve issues in a timely manner. I been waiting more than two weeks now to get a refund that was sent to me , still not there. They ask you to attach images on chat, you are not able to attach images on their chat. Very poor experience , I think they have a long way to go before they can resolve or interact in a good way with their customers.

I would give them a zero if I could, I have had 300 SXP staked locked since august 22nd 2020, I have never received a card all I want right now at this point is the coins returning as they are worth over a grand but tech-support is none Existant, they do not answer tech support emails anymore, the live chat will answer but they just fob you off saying your issue has been forwarded to tech support we will follow up with them again later.
This is a Scam company, there London phone number go's right to voicemail, they ignore email and they have disabled commenting on there reddit as people where complaining, avoid it at all costs unless you want to be robbed blind!!!!.

This swipe.io app is like a horror movie the builder of the app promises to help me/you but now what matter I have tried (write multitiple messages via twitter @SwipeHelpdesk or via many mails to kycATswipe.io or to helloATswipe.io or infoATswipe.io the answer is always the same - no answer. No one helped with the failure to can put one of my 4 creditcards into my account. The euro deposit does also not working. I'm a verfied tier 2 person there and make some transactions via the swipe credit card and I get 98% of my 4% cashback after 2-6 days, but one transaction is gone and the support won't help me and let me into the dark.
