Paul really knows his stuff, and he has an excellent method, first providing you with a video analysis so you can see exactly which parts need work, and then providing you with a cost estimate via WhatsApp, and plenty of opportunities to save costs if you like. Good communication throughout. My bike looks and rides beautifully again.

Paul at Swish Cycles is knowledgeable and helpful when servicing your bike. Work is generally completed in the timescale quoted, and he'll do his best to help in an emergency. The video report detailing work needed and costs is very informative. Definitely recommend! 👍

Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I’m a bit of a novice with bikes, but Paul took the time to explain all the options and answered all my questions. An excellent service of my bike from Paul.New cabling and adjustments to sensitivity of brake levers and smoother gear changes have made the bike ride better than when new. Thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a set of wheels online from Swish. Did not accept credit cards which should've been a red flag. But I paid by transfer and waited...and waited. Eventually called. Answer machine. Left message. No reply. Called again. Got Paul, the owner. Said he never saw the email nor did he have the wheels! When I said this was poor service rather than apologise, he sent me a supercilious email (I use this word as he did, often). I'd recommend not buying online from this firm.

Thank you for the fantastic service on my bike, all work was carried out to the highest level. I was kept well informed of the progress they were making with messages and videos. The 6 months grantee on all the work done is of great comfort and the aftercare that I have received after I had a few queries has been second to none. I will definitely use again in the future and will be sending all my families bikes that way. Thanks again!

We had a child’s bike that was too good to take to the dump, but needed some love and care before another child could use it and on searching found Swish Cycles in Horsell. They gladly took the bike, said they would spend time bringing it back to life and the funds from sale would go to the food bank. What was lovely was it was a fair few months after I donated the bike that I was updated on its progress and learned that not only is a child enjoying a safe bike but the food bank got a £300 donation as a result! Great work and to think the bike would only have rusted more in our shed or ended at the dump. Thank you!

Had my bike expertly serviced by Swish Cycles. Paul kept me informed all the way through the process. He also fitted mud guards as asked. On the expensive side, but well worth it especially with the 6 month warranty.

Paul did a fantastic job of fixing this old bike up like new. It rides great! And all of the proceeds went to the local food bank. Highly recommended for quality of service
