The tent is easy to put up and down, spacious inside and stylish. I’ve contacted customer service twice as I’ve noticed the Velcro tabs on the tent don’t align with the Velcro on the roll down windows, which means the windows won’t stay shut to provide privacy/shelter from the wind. The Velcro tabs needed a bigger contact point and to have been sewn on more accurately. I’m disappointed that customer service didn’t reply to my emails about this. I would have expected better given the high price tag of the tent.

Swished tent doesn’t come with the advertised blinds. You can’t purchase and add them later. They have no covers available.
The tent is a waste of money without blinds.
Unless the sun is directly overhead, you will not have any shade with this tent.
Advertising is misleading.
I bought a useless product.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This tent is AMAZING!
As a single mum of a toddler, I've been looking for something which is lightweight to carry, easy to set up and sturdy enough to provide shelter from the wind. This tent is it.
It is so fast to pack away, which is perfect for toddler mood swings.
I can set it up and pack it down all on my own. No more asking random strangers for help.

the rolling blinds sold me to this! it’s still a pain getting the sand off as it has a flooring just like any conventional tent. im 155cm tall and couldn’t get use of the easy pack up myself. i like the spacious interior, great for 2 adults and 2 kids. this tent can also save u a trip to the change room. i can imagine it’ll be great for picnics but yet to try! delivery was quick! overall 3.5-4 star experience!

This is the second tent for our family. My mother bought one for my brother as well a couple of years ago.

The tent set up really is easy. Less than a minute to put up. It’s strong and durable in the elements and is also a great play tent for my 3 year old child.

Fantastic products, fast service and delivery. Products just as described including how quick the pop tents go up/down. We mainly use the pop tent it for our cats when travelling, they ate secure and comfortable.

I always check online reviews before making a purchase. From order to delivery I was informed every step of the journey. I purchased this item for our Holiday last week i spent a great deal of time explaining to beach goers where I purchased my tent and on site inspections of the tent. Especially when I set up and packed away. It was the easiest part of the beach set up. The quality and ease of use exceeded my expectations. It is what it says pop up pop down straight in the bag. Stylish modern kit that everyone needs in their lives if you have kids or not in my case I do. Watching excited toddlers and setting up the awful tents that were available in the past a nightmare. This tent would have made my life so much easier 23 years ago with my first though I am fortunate I have it now especially as I have a 5 & 2 year old. Breathable non sweaty or sticky popped up in seconds allowing me to focus on my children as previous years wasting time stressfully finding rods connecting feeding through cheap materials it was hard work time consuming and never provided the protection my little ones needed. Uk holidays on the beach can at times be windy even when sunny it withstood the winds it didn’t move. I highly recommend this tent everyone needs one. Plenty of space and good for storing cooler bags with food and personal items all in one place.

We ordered a swished pop up tent for our recent holiday. It was fab and kept us out of the rain and wind on a few occasions. We had a little issue with the tent but swished customer service was excellent and sorted it out straight away.

Excellent company, speedy service, great comms and honestly the best beach product I've ever bought. Really love our tent, it's a game changer for us and our two small kids. To be fair, even if I didn't have kids I would have loved to have this tent. Get's you safe from the sun, safe changing environment and great place to chill. Love it

Well this was money well spent.
Definitely in the top 5 things I’ve ever purchased.
We live in Dorset in the UK and go to the beach all year round. We’ve had MANY pop up tents. Ones that you never know how they go back in the bag it came out of and that people watch you getting more and more frustrated at trying to fold up to a fifth of its size in an origami pattern only your grandma would know, but this thing actually makes me look cool.
Putting up is the easiest thing ever.
Putting it down took a couple of attempts to master but we got there.
It isn’t overly hot. The option to raise which panels you want for air flow still with a roof on are genius. And keeping some down offers some privacy one side.
Even the bag it comes in is amazing and the strap is super comfortable.
I can’t comment on its ability to keep wind out as we haven't tested it in the colder months yet, but so far - so good.

This is by far the best product I have seen or used. Adverts always make it seem better than what it is but my gosh this is awesome! I'm a mum to 4 kiddies (5yr, 4yrs, 2yr, 10mths) and 99%of the time I'm running solo. This tent goes up in seconds and down in seconds. In a blink of an eye you have the perfect tent that comfortably fits us 5 in. The blind can be adjusted on each section to accommodate for temp etc. Beach, park, garden, wherever this is my go to. A truly well thought out product.

The Swished tent is perfect for me to use for my baby when we go to the beach and parks. It's so quick and easy to pop up and I especially love the fact that the blinds individually roll up which helps to adjust to thebshade or temperature. I get passers-by complimenting it too!
The customer service team are lovely too and have handled my queries with so much care. Highly recommend!

The swished pop up tent is an amazing product, within seconds (it only takes seconds) of popping up the tent on the beach, we had a number of other beach goers asking us how they could purchase one. We had one small issue so we contacted swished customers service and it was immediately, great product and great customer service, thank you Willen. We have purchased a second tent for family,

Fantastic Customer Service
I had a couple of minor defects on receipt of my tent. However, the customer service team resolved my issues without hesitation and to the complete satisfaction of me. The tent itself is brilliant and really an essential item for safeguarding us all from the strong sun.

Tent arrived half assembled, clearly hadn't been completed on the production line, no quality control process either in production or in packing.

Mistakes happen but how they are resolved is important. Customer service atrocious, took weeks to get any kind of response, in the end was offered 10% off a new tent which was less than the emailed offers being sent without having bought a tent that was faulty.

Could be a great product but terrible service ruined it.
