Poor customisation
The knife itself is great quality and arrived very quickly but I paid extra to have a name printed on the side. That was done and looked good but the print rubbed off immediately.

Amazing customer service
The product I received was fabulous, but what made my experience great was the customer service team. The quick responses and attentiveness was impeccable. My order was lost, which was a fault of the royal mails services, however the brilliant team made sure a new one was sent the same day, with express shipping and even upgraded my order free of charge! I will be sure to tell people about my amazing experience with this company and will definitely purchase again.

Really impressed with the pen knife I purchased for my partner. He was so happy too. Great customer service and speed of delivery. Only issue was the delivery company (DPD) as they failed to do next day delivery when I paid for it. Swiss store actually refunded me for this which was really kind. You don’t get good service and great customer service like this anymore. Thank you again

Very poor service
Very poor service, beginning to think this is not a legit company. They are telling me my package is in transit over 11days yet there is no update on the tracking & none of the couriers have the order. Lies after lies, I now have to purchase a replacement as I won’t have it in time & it seems Swiss store was way over priced also compared to other sites & stores. Will never use again.

Lied about dispatch!
Ordered a knife for a present and they lied about the dispatch date. It’s been in ‘dispatched but not reached courier’ stage for 6 days now. It’s a gift for an event which it isn’t going to be here for and basically they don’t care. Got in touch and got a simple well we will check again in a few days… not good enough!

The wrong item was sent
The wrong item was sent, when I phoned the immediate response was I’d ordered the wrong item. I had to send photos. It was your error, I returned the item and despite having explained it was for a specific date, had to chase with proof of postage. Then informed I should have been told to send proof of postage to expedite matters. Not very impressed by my experience

We did notice a miscommunication between departments that led to the incorrect item being shipped, and we deeply regret that. We appreciate you taking the time to send us photos and return the item so we could address the situation. We also acknowledge the confusion around the proof of postage request and the delay in getting your replacement sent out. Please know that we will use this feedback to improve our internal processes moving forward.
As we mentioned in our earlier communication, we asked for the tracking return number so we could speed up the process, and we did prioritise the correct item being sent to you via next-day express delivery once we had the return. We’ll also be reviewing how we communicate and handle these situations in the future to prevent any further misunderstandings.

Nice website with good range of Victorinox products at good prices. I bought the Wine Master picnic knife which arrived quickly and well packaged via Parcelforce. I received a four hour delivery time slot via text and email, which on the day of delivery was refined to a 1 hour slot. Overall an excellent experience dealing with SwissStore.
