The company kept me updated on the progress of my order and were very responsive to my emails. My sister was also extremely pleased with her gift which consisted of some thoughtful and useful items. Love the Quality of the products
Love the way you can choose such wonderful products and really personlise the gifts . And such great Quality .
We had a issue where the package got delivered to a hospital but the recipient had been discharged .I am over seas and the team did everything they could to help locate the parcel . Please to say it was and has been sent on. Really go the extra mile to help thank you

Super quick and great customer service!
My wellbeing box was sent out very quickly. A little mix up at the warehouse meant that I actually received two, rather than one box, but BPP very kindly said I could keep the extra one. I'm therefore going to give it away to someone in the office instead, to celebrate Men's Health Week. Thank you BPP!

Poor packaging
For the amount I paid. The box was very small so each item just looked unpresentable/thrown in the box. Each item could have been individually wrapped considering I paid for the box and wrapping and so it didn’t look pleasing but cheap. I liked the content available (very nice selection of things to add) but the packaging was very very dull. It didn’t look inviting at all.

Great online gift parcel service, ordered a few times now successfully
Very satisfied with their service and gifts. I remember getting their first parcel during the pandemic and since I’ve ordered several packages. The latest one was a success again. This time I ordered it from abroad, and again so happy with their website and how I can choose the items myself. Nice products and a very quick delivery. Would highly recommend this online gift delivery.
