Extremely disappointing and stressful experience

We expected a professional and reliable service, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite.

The process started with a home visit and a quote of CHF 3,500, which we were clearly told was a maximum ceiling, with the only possible outcome being a lower final price. However, on packing day—after just one hour—the team suddenly claimed that more materials and an additional truck were needed. Shortly after, we were informed the cost would increase to nearly CHF 5,000, contradicting the original agreement.

Professionalism was lacking from the beginning. The team used our personal coffee machine without permission, and on moving day they arrived over 40 minutes late. Despite clear instructions, they left behind items that were supposed to be moved and took items that should have stayed. Even worse, we later found that team members had been smoking inside the house and left cigarette ends both indoors and in the garden.

The unloading process was careless and resulted in significant damage:
• Two treadmills no longer functioning
• A valuable shisha completely destroyed
• Multiple pieces of furniture scratched
• Several of our daughter’s toys broken

The situation escalated further when the team leader crashed into our neighbor’s gate, causing damage and a confrontation that required police intervention—an incredibly stressful way to start in a new home.

During this incident, the team leader also attempted to pressure and intimidate me into paying an additional CHF 2,000 on top of the already increased price. Only after multiple calls to support—and in the presence of the police—did he agree to the previously communicated amount.

To top it off, the team left garbage (cans, bottles, cigarette remains) at the entrance of our new home.

Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable experience. I strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company.
