This company is absolute a train wreck, they’ve finally screwed me up and I will never forgive them. I’m happy I ditch them and went to “”1to1||C.

Don't trust and invest here, they are scammers. Getting paid on this platform is impossible. I have lost a lot to them already. Was a very ridiculous experience for me. Being with #FOUR J INVEST# is different, and I have been paid with ease.

Truth be told, this is not a genuine company and needs to be avoided by all. I have been processing my withdrawal for months and it's not going through. I contacted the support and they are not helpful too. It was a sad situation for me. I read about PAIVA gave them a trail and it worth it. I have been paid with ease.

Not a good experience dealing with this company ! All i can say is that nothing will separate my love for TREATY.

Advance solution to desire that cost cash and good pay.

I should have read all the reviews before i decided to initiate an account through this company.It has been so many negative reviews about the services.However i took the initiation and applied for an account, They have verified the account on the first day,However They closed the account another day suddenly without revealing any detail.Their services are so troubled ineffcient,improper and inadeqaute,therefore dont risk your money with such improper organisations..I already checked their servoces on their website that it has been quite pricy and expensive..overpriced..stay away!!

Dead app. I tested it by sending €10 in Bitcoin to my wallet at Swissmoney but when you try to send your sats a message appears that your balance is not sufficient...

Unfortunately it was promising start, but at the end they deactivated cards and now ibans are gone too! It looks like this app is dead, only 50 000 downloads on play store.

Don't you ever listen to them because they are just deceivers and will only lure you to bring in more funds and then disappoint you in the end Avoid them at all costs. Choosing to move on with PAIVA has been the best decision so far.

my pre paid card got frozen for no reason, their customer service is automated that answers questions the same way every time.Later got Kaj Embren come to help me get my cash out.

It is the worst company ever, It has bad customer support, they will freeze your money and close your account for any reason without prior notice and you will lose your assets and funds, beware this scam site.

my money got frozen on the prepaid card. My complain was answered during months now by their "service" team with always the same answers, that did not refer to my questions. Meanwhile I realized, that I could not find any youtubers, who recomend them, as it was before.

They blocked my funds and after 3 months every attempt to transfer my funds keeps failing, the customer help always says the same thing…they have a problem and they are working on it, NEVER open an account with this crappy service.

I have invested in swissmoney wallet and now I can’t access. They as me verification and when I write my phone number they say that my number is using other account and on my account is 0 money. Support team is not replying

Beware of this app. Once you have money in your account, they will suspend your account indefinitely, without giving you any reason whatsoever. Me and my friend both registered 2 months ago, and once we had money in the account, they suspended us and the money is blocked.

Extremely unprofessional platform. A couple of friends sent me money since we wanted to pay less withdrawal fee (which is really big in my opinion). They suspended all our accounts, with the money blocked in them, stating that they need to do some kind of investigation. It's passed more then 3 weeks since and the account are still suspended. Moreover, they couldn't provide no update everytime I asked, nor did they require any information from my side. Just stay away from them!!

I read quite a few negative comments on here which made me question whether or not to open an account. However, I did pull the trigger in the end and thought I'd share my experience using swissmoney.

My requirement was to convert crypto trading profits to cash in bank.

After completing the basic KYC process (passport scan, selfie and a few personal details), my account was verified some five minutes later. I then created a USDT wallet, withdrew USDT from MEXC on the TRON network, converted it to EUR and transferred it to my bank account.

All of this was done late on a Friday evening and the funds were received by my bank around 6 PM the following day.

One thing to note: if you do a small test transfer before the real thing (as you always should), make sure the amount you transfer is at least 10 USDT *after fees*, otherwise it will be rejected. In fairness, swissmoney do point this out. I transferred 10 USDT, but by the time MEXC applied their fee, the final amount sent was only 9 USDT, so I ended up losing the test funds.

Aside from this little hiccup (which was my own fault), everything else was pretty much as painless and efficient as I could've hoped for. Converting cash to crypto is always easy, but the other way round... not so much. All in all, was very impressed by swissmoney's solution. Happy to use them again for sure.

They only have passport option for KYC verification... I don't even have a passport..

Needs to have local drivers license as a default kyc option.

This is the worst financial institution which I have worked with.
I made transfer from Swissmoney to somewhere yesterday morning at 11:00 and it took 10 hours to just release the funds , I told customer support to cancel the transfer 2 times during the time because I needed to move money immediately instead of after 10 hours . They did not cancel transfer and still they sent it after 10 hours. The funds were not suppose to be there anymore and so they came back to Swissmoney however they don't release the funds here and it says SEPA INSTANT TOP-UP . they asked me documents , I gave a documents but they still dont give me my own funds back , it seems waste of time , the worst ,,bank''
