After battling with the delay I met a good customer care Dainiu who help me and made sure my issues where solved though their system is not that fast because of the bank that gives them services, so they have to adhere to their rules also. I think it’s an ok bank but if you are looking for quick deposit and withdraw not this bank.

I am giving 2 Stars because they are trying to be a bank at least but need to build their network. Each time I receive money it will be held and stand on processing for hours and lastly their respond is very slow claiming they have a lot on their table, I have told them that I am not comfortable with the delay even when I have submitted extra documents they asked for up till now. Please if you are not ready for stress don’t use this bank because they are amateur. This delay is just a way of using customers funds and they have refused to refund or release my money please stay away.
Used their services for about 6 months, had no problems with enrolment ( hardly ever used withdrawal ). On the 18th of April I had my account suspended without explanation, with the words that the compliance team is checking this case). Today is the 7th of May, my account is still suspended without explanation, I can't withdraw my money, support hasn't responded for several days, including I contacted swiss wealth management ag, but as you can guess, I didn't get a response from there either, and hardly anyone paid attention to my problem. If you want these scammers to steal your money and time, you should definitely open an account here. For their huge commissions that you pay for every action, you end up getting ripped off to the last thread. Do not open an account here if you want to save the rest of your funds and your nerves.

I am in a similar boat as several others, even though my transfer in went fine, they deducted a hefty fee just for depositing BTCs in the account. I was able to exchange it into EURx, despite their exchange rate always being about 1000Euro below the price of other exchanges, I took that loss, because the feature of having an exchange and a bank in one seemed like a good choice and I thought with a Swiss bank one cannot go wrong. I let it sit there until I needed it for the purchase of a home and now when I needed to transfer it into the IBAN account - (which cost another 100Euro to open) - and need the money, they claim they have to hold it and check for money laundering. They requested numerous bank statements - which were immediately provided and still, 5 days later it is still processing and no word of a timeline that I could work with. I already had to postpone my closing day due to this and if this continues will loose the house.
As of now there is no person to connect to, who is working on "my case", no direct communication with the payment department, no phone call - it all works through a messaging service, where they respond and console you maybe once a day asking for more and more bank statements until " the decision is made". I have been on several exchanges and NEVER had this happen to me and of course I am wondering why there is a decision to return the money that I had deposited back to me?!!! So far I haven't even attempted to send it to any place else but myself.
On all other exchanges there was always some means of a chat or phone option to solve whatever issues may arise in one conversation and with that within hours, but here there is not even a timeline that is given so one can plan around it.
This is a very distressing, time and energy consuming process. I am at the point of involving a lawyer - this cannot be legal in any way shape or form.

An update on May 13th to my previous experience - after posting here I got contacted by support and Kristina has been working with me closely to solve this matter. It took a total of 2 weeks to clear the transaction, but in the end it did go through. The two extra points are for Kristina who has truly been doing her best to make this happen. But I had to not only show proof with bank statements, that it is my money , but I also had to prove how I earned it years ago. Once it was cleared and in my IBAN account, I still was not able to send it off, but had to not only explain, but produce signed contracts and documents to prove what the money was used for.
While Kristina has been wonderful , I still cannot give it more than three points, since Crypto is the antithesis of what is being displayed here on this exchange - but a big thank you to Kristina!

3 times I tried top-up for initial funding - 3 x it failed.
Therefore decided to trial a bank transfer (from Wise), just a small amount CHF200.
Wise said it arrived in hours, after 3 weeks SWISSMONEY still cannot find it and even tell me they don't even have an IBAN for receiving CHF (so obviously I just invented an imaginary A/C). It was a TEST and THEY FAILED
Here in these reviews, you see excellent reviews BUT also absolute horrid reviews, which lends one to believe that with this outfit, probably run 'on a shoe string budget' in Lithuania, is fine, when its fine ........
When its NOT running well, then you really are in big trouble! Communication is difficult, only through the app, they take 3 days minimum to respond, and often do not understand the nuances of the English language. Like all big corporate entities in this world today (although they are NOT one), Customer Service is almost zero and made so difficult that maybe 50% of complaints/problems are just forgotten, as we do not have time to deal with it!!
Deal with them at your own risk --- like I say probably when all is fine then, its fine BUT when it goes wrong!
However to give balance this can ALSO be used to describe WISE and REVOLUT. There are good stories and reviews, BUT there are also some horrid tales!

I used the app, everything is very fast and ok. They have low fees, especially for crypto and a virtual card that is useful for online as well as physical payments.
I strongly recommend swissmoney.

The first transaction I tried so process did not go through. I tried it afterwards with smaller amounts. Only the first transaction is gone. I have send the link of the transaction in the Blockchain to the Support a week ago and didn’t receive a response. All in all the app would be pretty good, if someone could tell me where my 3500€ are… I am a student and these were my savings :/

I do like the platform but their customer support is by far the most abysmal I have ever encountered. I have been 3 days sending messages as I am having issues whereby my card is being declined when I have funds available. It is completely unprofessional to leave customers in limbo this way especially when I am abroad and cannot access my own funds

as a swiss citizen, i have to verify my identity with my swiss passport. but for eu citizens, the identity card is sufficient? other exchanges had no problem with my swiss id.

Unfortunately, I have had a very disappointing experience with Swissmoney. Without any warning or reason, they froze my money, causing me severe financial hardship. Customer service was inadequate and offered no clear explanation or solution to my situation. I strongly advise against doing business with this bank as they do not treat their customers with respect and act irresponsibly with their financial resources

This bank cannot be trusted, my wife had €4100 in her swissmoney account she tried to withdraw it and they suspended the account for no reason we’ve waited a whole month, now they are telling us : Tease be advised that unfortunately due to company policy we are no longer able to provide you services and we have initiated account off-boarding procedure. Please note that you currently still have remaining funds under your account.
We require you to withdraw remaining balance in full with a single transaction by leaving your account balance at 0. To do so you need to make a currency exchange from virtual currency to EUR and initiate a transfer to your personal external bank account. Failure to do so within the 14 business days will lead to further account suspension.
I’ve asked the support multiple times if i could try to withdraw it with crypto again, i’ve litteraly waited hours , then we made the decision to try it again and guess what 1minute after the transaction they replied with that we can’t withdraw the funds with crypto, my wife is literally in tears right now because she thinks we won’t be able to withdraw her funds within the 14 days!!!!

Swissmoney - my experience with you was an awful absolute nightmare! I spent a considerable amount of my time trying to communicate with you. Uploading my many documents for your validation process which was never fully completed and properly verified with a respectful acknowledgment. You are extremely demanding on the customer. Yet you will not verify the account with my official documentation provided.
And therefore I had no choice but to close an account which was never opened because of poor administration and excessive delays .The like of which I have never experienced before or been insulted to such a degree. One star is generous under the circumstances. Sorry !
