I first saw Swiss Refurb on insta and decided to use Martins on the merits of the before and after pics. The communication, turnover time and quality of workmanship is superb. My Oyster bracelet came back safely wrapped in protective film and in an excellent thick travel wallet. My watch now looks fresh, new and feels like it's just out of the box. This is the best experience of business attitude combined with a high-end result I've experienced and give it five stars. There are few to none out there this good at the price.

Martins' work is exceptional. He's highly reliable, responsive and has great integrity. He fully reconditioned a beaten up, stretched out oyster bracelet from the '60s. He did so swiftly, to an impeccable standard and for an economical price, whereas others advised a (much more expensive) replacement was needed. The original bracelet now has a new lease of life, as does my watch. Would 100% recommend.

My watch is as good as new! I’m so pleased with the whole experience - excellent communication throughout the process and the results have exceeded my expectations. Reasonable price too.

As earlier reviewers said I too was a bit sceptical as I first saw Swiss Refurb on Facebook. Anyway I did some checks including Trustpilot and went ahead after getting in touch with Martins. He was a pleasure to deal with and sent me plenty pictures of the before and after work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

I saw the service advertised via Facebook and as usual wondered if it was trustworthy. I checked out the excellent reviews and decided to take the plunge and contacted Martins. I sent my vintage Date just jubilee bracelet on Monday and it arrived back the following Saturday. Martins sent me pics of the work and kept me informed. I am over the moon with the result the stretch has been taken completely out of my bracelet. I highly recommend this service 10 out of 10.

Swiss Refurb you have done an unbelievable repair and refurbishment on my 30 year old oyster bi metal bracelet, your attention to detail is impeccable your communication was first class and your end product is better than new and pricing is on point , I highly recommend anyone with a tired bracelet to consider these guys for gold laser welding and stainless laser welding to bring back to better than new .

Was dubious at first about sending my bracelet away but very glad I did. My watch is now 20 years old and was on the point of falling apart. Martins has rebuilt every link and it looks and feels like a new bracelet

My Oyster bracelet was very worn and I was told by my local Rolex agent that it could not be repaired and my only option was to buy a new one.
I then came across Swiss Refurb who have just done an excellent refurbishment for me at a fraction of the cost of a new bracelet. The process was very efficient and the communication from Martin excellent!
