Got a new van from Swiss Vans, with had no issues what’s so ever, Ashley who I was dealing with was very helpful and always answered emails and calls, nothing seemed to be a problem for him. Great service all round, I would definitely recommend Swiss vans.

This was our 4th VW Van through Swiss Vans and I couldn't fault the service or value. Ashley was amazing and always right back with answers and sorting things out. Great company and great service - thanks guys. Steve

Don’t get me wrong when I received the van it was stunning but after a few months i took it to the local body shop as front deffuser and painted grill that Swiss vans fitted to the front looked terrible and made van look tacky as all the paint was flaking off after the body shop inspection they told me that the parts fitted to van were not sanded down or primed before applying paint and also said the quality of paint wasn’t as good as Ford paint as he should me the front of the van that Ford painted and paint work is fine with no paint flaking or stone chips so I told them that Swiss vans were blaming stone chips for the cause and he said if done properly like Ford it wouldn’t cause paint to flake off don’t get me wrong I was sent a new splitter and grill by Swiss vans but body shop said they can’t guarantee there work as paint on parts is crap and they can’t coat it again as it’s not been prepared properly so I then asked Swiss if they could send me parts unpainted so the body shop could prep and spray themselves and was told they can’t as come in already painted so now I have a van a year old now and looks shite and I always replace my van every 3 years and will never buy a Swiss van again
I knew from the start you would blame stone chips I’ve had many of stone chips on my cars and van over the years and paint doesn’t just flake off on any so that theory of yours is crap just a get out clause the problem is from not doing the proper prep work before painting not my words but the 2 body shops I took van too and god knows what crap your talking about with your stats I bet you used A.I for them the matter of the fact is if you want a van to look good after 6 months don’t buy one from Swiss vans as I said paint work not up to standard

Would just like to leave this short note .of how well I was looked after by Ashley at Swiss vans .I took delivery of my new addition to my fleet I was in shock and excited to see a van like that outside my property .delivered on time .everything was completed in a very professional manner. And wow what a van .thank you Ashley. You are my van dealership .and look forward to adding more in the future. Thanks ash

This company is really good. We dealt with Alex and he made the whole process of buying the van effortless. He was always quick to reply to emails, kept us updated throughout the process.

Swiss vans are a fantastic company to deal with .From the first meeting we had they delivered everything that was asked of them , my transporter was fitted with everything I asked for with expertise as my expectations was met to the letter .if you are thinking of getting your self a transporter that gets everything you expect and ask for this is definitely the company to use . I was worried first as I shoped about and some of the quotes I received was astronomical with other companies,but I feel as a customer a customer of swiss vans i looked after in everything that I was promised so I would definitely recommend these guys and I will no doubt use their services again in the future..... I don't normally leave reviews but I can't recommend these guys enough, seriously - anyone that's looking to buy a van or other commercial vehicle, give these guy's a call, ask for Tom because you won't be disappointed...!!!

I needed a commercial vehicle for private use as I'm not self employed and therefore paying the VAT upfront is quite a chunk of money to loose so needed it to be wrapped up in the monthly repayment. I'd already tried several other companies before Swiss Vans and non of them were interested. I'd pretty much given up and was looking at 2nd Hand vans until I came across Swiss Vans advert on Facebook. I sent a message (with very low expectation) and the next day I was contacted by Tom Jones (yes, a Welshman called Tom Jones who sells vans...!!!). Tom is the first person that actually took the time to listen to what I needed and how I needed it work. He went away and came back a couple of hours later and explained that initially this wasn't going to be easy to achieve but to leave it with him and that he'd call me the next day. To be honest, I didn't think I'd hear from him again but true to his word he called me the next day and said that he had it all worked out, all agreed and all in place ready to go. Tom fired over the paperwork, I paid the small holding deposit and a few weeks later the vans been delivered and completely exceeded my expectations.

I'm a great believer that 'People buy People', yes Swiss Vans are truly excellent and I'd go as far as to say that in my experience, they're better than the rest but like all other companies they're only as good as the people they have working for them. Tom - I can't thank you enough, you're a credit to Swiss Vans, and Swiss Vans - you're outstanding.

Sam at Swiss vans was excellent from start to finish worked with me to select the right van and the right package to suit my business. Would highly recommend and will certainly be working with them again in the future

It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with simon and swiss vans ..simon found me a great deal to fit my budget ..He responded to all my calls and nothing was to much trouble then to top it off personally hand delivered it to my door on a Saturday morning having driven all the way from Cardiff to chesterfield England...Top guy and top company and I'll see you again in 3 years ...

From start to finish my experience was overall great. Communication was excellent via phone and email. Sam went above and behond to get my vehicle to me the same week as I was going away so I really appreciate what he did there. And still if I have any questions Sam reply’s to emails more or less straight away. I’m very happy with my purchase. Would definitely use Swiss vans again. Thanks guys

I have been looking into getting a VW Van with lots of whistles and Bells and was advised to contact Swiss Vans. Dealt with Ashley who took his time to run through various purchase options and went through all the extras I had in mind as well as those that would not work🙈. The attention to detail was great, as was his patience. I cannot fault their knowledge and professionalism and Swiss Vans would be my go to place for any more future purchases.
