DO NOT BUY A VAN FROM SWISS VANS
IT STILL DOSE NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT THE BUMPERS YOU SUPPLIED AND FITTED HAVE NOT BEEN PRIMED PROPERLY THEREFORE I CANNOT GET A BODY SHOP TO SPRAY THEM I TOOK THE VAN BEFORE I CONTACTED YOU TO GET IT SORTED MY SELF BUT WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE THERE WORK IF THEY SPRAYED ON TOP OF THE PAINT YOU DID WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I CONTACTED YOU, IF I WAS ABLE TO GET THE WORK DONE WITHOUT BUYING A NEW BUMPER. My van was delayed for a start but I wasn’t given a reason why. When my van was delivered it had spray glue all over the interior and it had not been cleaned and the body kit that I paid them to fit was not primed properly and the fake exhausts in the bumper We’re not fitted straight. They apologised and said they would send me an auto gleam kit as compensation still waiting for that. About 6 months in my paint started to flake off and they agreed to put it right they even came to my home to do the work then told me that the paint had flaked because I had damaged the bumper which I have not but even if I had the paint shouldn’t flake the reason it’s flaking is because they have not prime the kit properly, now they won’t answer my emails and I’m stuck with a bumper that I can not get sprayed because know one will do the work without replacing the whole bumper. This was my second van from Swiss van it will be my last. If your going to get a van from them don’t get them to do any work on it they are not capable

You are correct that the Volkswagen van you ordered in 2021 took two years to arrive. Throughout the process, we maintained regular communication and offered faster alternatives, which you declined. While we understand your frustration, the delivery delays were beyond our control, as they were dependent on production schedules. Any suggestion that we did not provide information regarding these delays is simply not accurate, as we were in consistent contact with you.
First Concern: Rear Diffuser
Following delivery, you raised an issue regarding the mock exhaust tips in the rear diffuser. We acknowledged the small height variation and understand that your preference may have been for stainless steel exhaust tips instead of the plastic ones. To resolve this, we refunded the full cost of the diffuser (£500), and you mentioned you would use that towards custom stainless steel tips or possibly a full exhaust. While we cannot control individual preferences, we made every effort to accommodate your concerns.
Second Concern: Stone Chipped Grilles
You also reported that the black Leighton van grilles had severe stone chips after three months of use and approximately 15,000 miles of driving. Though we offered to inspect the vehicle at our facility, you declined, so we came to your home to replace the grilles free of charge. At a cost to us of £550 + VAT for a home visit and £400 + VAT for new Lighton van Grilles. While stone chips can result from driving conditions and style, we replaced them to ensure your satisfaction. Upon inspection, it was clear that the entire front of your van had been affected by stone chips, likely caused by close driving at high speeds. We also noted that pressure washing had worsened the dents. Nonetheless, we took action to rectify the situation.
Third Concern: Paint Flaking on the Rear Diffuser
You raised concerns about paint flaking on the rear diffuser during a subsequent visit. We sent a skilled technician to your home at our own cost (£550 + VAT) to inspect the issue. It was determined that the flaking was limited to the feather bead that connects the diffuser to the bumper. Unfortunately, further investigation showed that the underlying issue was caused by an impact that had damaged the rear diffuser, which led to the bead breaking.
Fourth Concern: Alleged Pre-Delivery Damage
Finally, you claimed that the damage to the rear of your vehicle had occurred before delivery earlier in the year, despite your detailed inspection of the van at the time. We take great care in ensuring all vehicles are delivered in the best possible condition, and we find it unlikely that such extensive damage would have gone unnoticed during your thorough inspection.
While we regret that your experience with the van has not met your expectations, we have consistently worked to address each of your concerns promptly and professionally. We value your business and hope this clarifies the efforts we’ve made to ensure your satisfaction.

I have previous experiences with Swiss vans, ordering 6 vans from them over the past years. I’ve always found them the best on price and customer service always at the up most. Swiss Vans excellent to deal with!
Cole was a great help, we previously had visited two VW dealers and they couldn't be bothered to follow up a sale after going in and leaving our details twice.
Big mistake as a business we buy 5-10 vehicles every couple of years and they are VW group base vehicles.
Swiss vans can have all my business from now on, excellent to deal with kept up to date daily. Good firm to deal with, Thank you Cole.
