Great staff and fast delivery.
We had our hire car (via motorbility) dropped off to our door by Stuart and I have to say his professionalism and attention to detail was fantastic, he took his time to explain all of the features of the vehicle as well how to get in touch should we have any issues. Thank you Stuart and keep up the good work. I would also like to thank the customer care team that kept us fully informed and up to date with relevant delivery times and details regarding our vehicle.

Having reviewed the rental records, the fuel level at the time of collection was recorded on the check-in inspection report, which shows that the vehicle was not supplied with a full tank. A copy of this report was sent to you by email for your reference. While we appreciate this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, the documentation available supports the charge and, as such, we are unable to make any amendments.

In May 2026, we booked an MG HS 5 Door A/C "or similar" through CarJet, who subcontracted this to Switch, part of the Scot Group.
Switch 'switched' the MG to a Cupra Leon Hatchback, describing this as an "upgrade". That is patently incorrect, since the boot space is 507L in the MG [search “parkers mg hs review/practicality”], against only 380L in the Cupra [search “parkers cupra leon review/practicality”].
The 25% reduction in space caused considerable distress and difficulty when transporting parents in their late eighties and nineties, who were forced to travel without their necessary walking aids.
When the fault was pointed out, compensation should have been issued proactively.
However, as can be seen from their response below, neither CarJet nor Switch has provided a satisfactory resolution several weeks after the hire, requiring the initiation of formal complaints to regulatory and financial bodies.

Absolutely awful manager works here rude with an attitude problem. Abused my wife rude to me because she had 5 contracts to close. Refused to give invoice or receipt or return deposit upon return of car. Seriously worried about acceptance of this kind of behaviour. Will never be using ever again. Appalling behaviour. Switch had my car delivered early morning the following day when speaking with them the evening before to book the car hire .
The lovely lady that dropped the car off made sure before she left that I was comfortable with the car after going over everything and showing me how to use all the tech in it as it was different from my car .
Unfortunately when I had the hire car it was involved in someone causing it extensive damage and I could not fault switch for all there help and kindness regarding what happened as I was so upset and anxious about how to deal with this unfortunate incident.
I would 100 percent recommend Switch car hire to anyone needing car hire and will always be happy to use them again if ever needed. I feel they deserve a higher than 5* rating for their excellent overall service .
