It was fine I arranged a date for the switch with tslk talk I cancelled sky and then they changed the date so I will be without a tell for a week so I’m cancelling.

Looking for broadband, Switcheroo gave me an option for TalkTalk. The 'link' through to discuss the deal did not go to TalkTalk.
I called TalkTalk direct who said Switcheroo weren't an affiliate and they couldn't match the deal Switcheroo offered.
Could not find a customer service number to call, so I asked for assistance via Messenger on the Switcheroo Facebook page, but no one got back to me. Poor.
I never agreed to joining another company, the information I used to Join Virgin media, was passed on without my consent.

I agreed to change my broadband but I have not received the details of the new companys tarrifs ! I expected an email but Haven't received this.
The man I spoke to was very helpful and good, he was new on the job , I didn't ask him to send details I thought it was obvious that I would need the details.

It was so easy. Rather than go through online companies and maybe enter a deal that was not what you thought which I had previously done and had to go through a cancellation I spoke to a friendly advisor who asked what was my priority and offered me deals from there. I would definitely use this service again in future.

Well I cancelled my order within 24 hours with City Fibre or Talk Talk but apparently they didn't get it or understand this, because I just received a WiFi eero box in the mail yesterday. I also received a text today from City Fibre to confirm or not whether they can come and set up my fibre cable. I'm just at a loss for words. It's a bit like Facebook, it takes minutes to sign up and join, but it's pretty much impossible to delete or get out of it. Sorry, I know that you were just the middle man. But maybe a word in their ears to say that when a customer cancels, it means CANCEL
I Spoke to a genuinely nice lady at Switcheroo she told me I can get broadband at half the price I am paying now Iam waiting for an enginere to fit it fingers crossed

When we rang to query has and electricity suppliers, an anwerphone said that we would receive a call back,which we duly did, only to realise in due course that we were being steered toward changing our telephone contract. The call was from V4,a telephone supplier,NOT switcheroo. We found this a bit underhand.
