Kellie dealt with my query that has been going on for sometime now! In a nutshell, my existing utility company (i wont name names, but they rhyme with PDF... )have been messing about with estimates and annual usage, duplicate accounts, smart meters that only monitor 1 service, and have been hugely deceptive on how they have billed, offered 'discounts', and then by doing so created arrears on my account.
Finally these got resolved and i was able to switch. Kellie took on my query as the previous gentleman had since left (he was really lovely too)
She handled my queries really well, explained things clearly, and at no point pushed an option. She was open and clear with solutions, and together we whittled down the best option for my own circumstances, and i'm really pleased to say that i should now be saving a bucket! She was personable throughout, and i'm really grateful for her giving me as much time as she did.

This is just a way for talk talk to cold call you. Not offered a single deal in regards to energy. Constant spam calls and emails since putting my details in. AVOID!!!
Rubbish - fill out forms then it says someone will ring you, if i wanted to speak to someone i could call them - should make it clear at the begining that it it not an online service.
Looks like a scheme to get people's details. I expect to see offers on a switching site once I put details in. Got a call asking if I was still interested (? why would I put details in if I wasn't?) I said just email me the unit prices of the best deals, and started getting some other rubbish through, still no energy quotes. Weird service, what is it meant to do?
UPDATE (12/4/23); I received an email today from trustpilot wherein switcheroo are asking for more information, including a 'reference number', and trust pilot say if I don't give this then my review might be deleted. As no reference was ever given (that's the whole point! they got my info and wasted my time..), this seems to me like a ploy to have this review removed so they can continue whatever 'scheme' they are operating. I cannot figure it out.
Further Update (12/4/23); I emailed this review to the original email that switcheroo used so they could see what I am saying about them, and I got a reply that the email is no longer available. Go figure.
FURTHER update (22/06/23); I got another email off Trust Review, again wanting me to confirm I have had the experience above with Switcheroo. If Switcheroo are SO BOTHERED that my review is wrong, please, go ahead and tell me when you actually replied to me with the information requested that you said you would provide? I don't understand why they are asking Trust Review AGAIN to delete this review. To Switcheroo; if you are that bothered, get in touch with me!!! Stop trying to get Trust Review to delete my review!
Further FURTHER update; I provided TrustPilot the evidence of switcheroo's contact with me, the lack of transparency, their blocked email, etc.. Trustpilot is now questioning whether that evidence relates to me because the email I used on TrustPilot is different to what I give switcheroo. Questions here are a) why would TrustPilot believe, in this day and age, that anyone would only use one email account, b) if switcheroo have been THIS careless with my personal information, then what possible motivation would I have to reveal EVEN MORE information!? c) what, exactly, is the relationship here between TrustPilot and switcheroo that they are likely to share my personal information when switcheroo should have deleted it a long time ago, and therefore d) do I need to be going to the Information Commissioners now? I can see other reviewers complaining of the same pressure. Reviews stand. My review is pin-point accurate, and therefore I have no reason to doubt that of the other reviewers either. Now you know the lengths some companies will go to to try to eradicate bad reviews! HTH!
Further further FURTHER update! (27/01/26); 3 years later, out of the blue, I have received an email from 'properleads', the company that appears to be behind switcheroo, asking if I would consider modifying some of the language of this review, which I have done because they did seem to reach out in a personalised way to make amends and they are a small team who appear to have made mistakes in the past and want to move forward with their brand. In addition to the change of words, I thought maybe 2 stars for effort and commitment, but TBH rereading and remembering the experience I had, I don't think I can. I hope that my feedback here and in my emails to them will prompt them to give you a better service if you choose to use them. I think they sound more focussed on getting that right now. Maybe give them a go, because things change and they seem to have accepted past errors.
I used the website for energy comparison but no deals at the moment. A helpful guy phoned me and we went through some difficulties with one supplier but in the end the price was about right with others but there maybe deals coming up in April, so it was reassuring to know we are all in the same boat!! I think. But helpful

I ordered broadband and was given an installation time of almost 4 weeks hence. I Co tacted the supplier after 3 weeks and installation wasn't even planned. I cancelled my order. It appeared to me that Switcheroo make fictitious installation date promises just to take money. I'd not recommend them to anybody
