Don’t use

Just sold my details cheap. Wanted to get quote for electricity only. First quote came out cheapest with BG when I clicked on it it came back with no energy comparison and my energy usage over £22400 a year and over £2000 per month. I only have a flat.

Persistent Marketing Emails After Unsubscribing

Nuisance emails even after unsubscribing! I unsubscribed using the link in their emails but still keep receiving mail from them. After unsubscribing several times and still getting mail, I had to contact them direct to have my details removed, after a few days I received an email telling me my details had been removed and that I would no longer receive any further communication from them... and guess what, I still get mail!

Based on my own experience, I personally wouldn’t recommend the service.

I would add that 'Sid' is a nickname chosen when setting up my account. The claim that it does not show up on Switcheroo's records, has no relevance whatsoever. This response is merely aimed at discrediting my honest and frank review by implying that I'm not a genuine customer, which is utter nonsense.

Sending door to door sales who ignore no cold callers signs. Harassing disabled people is lowest of the low and could be a criminal offence. Very bad practice!
