We made an appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Abbey was very friendly and most helpful with all the advice she gave us.
Service is second to none and refreshingly good.
We will use them again for all our upholstery needs in future.

From the initial phone call I felt confident that the company would provide a good service. The bags arrived for the cushions in the post and the courier then collected when he said he would. The new cushions in their covers were delivered back when they said they would and the results are fantastic- our settee and armchairs are as good as new and can’t believe we waited so long to get them refilled- a very pleasant experience and a fantastic service- thank you.

What an efficient and friendly company, a delight to deal with. They couldn’t have been more helpful, our job was relatively small ( new cushion pads for two sofas), they asked us in to test the seat pads , what a great idea...we ended up choosing a firmer effect which has now completely revitalised our sofas. They finished on time too. Well done guys!

We had seat and back cushions made for two classic Ercol Evergreen armchairs using expensive fabric that we had sourced ourselves.

When the cushions were returned, they were beautifully made but the back cushion was too long and the seat cushion too short.

It's important to know what happens where there has been a mistake and South West Upholstery rose to the challenge brilliantly.

They immediately took back the cushions, ordered more fabric from our original supplier, re-made the cushions perfectly and delivered them to our home.

There was no grumbling or delay and the re-do was organised with very good humour, keeping us up to date by email so we knew all would be well.

We decided to have our end seats restuffed. The service was brilliant suite collected and returned with efficiency, everything done for you. They did a superb job exactly what we asked for. Worth every penny we now have a 'new' corner suite as the end recliners are used the most.

Rather than purchase a new sofa we decided to have the current one re-stuffed. Our furniture was collected on time by a friendly team who showed the greatest respect for our property. The furniture was returned and the workmanship is excellent, just like having a new sofa. Would certainly recommend this company, no job is too small.

Absolutely first class experience from the moment I contacted the company to enquire about reupholstering 6 dining room chairs. I was offered a great selection of fabrics after I had indicated colour and texture I wanted.
This was followed by great service in collecting my chairs - phone calls to confirm arrival time enabling me to pop back from work. A very friendly van driver! Equally prompt return of my chairs - I am thrilled with the results - quality of fabric is superb, fantastic workmanship and faithful attention to original detail.

We had six dining chairs re covered. All emails were responded to promptly. The work was carried out quickly and we are delighted with the results. Receiving a photo of the chairs once they were finished was great. Would recommend.

Fantastic service from everyone at SW Upholstery! Our 25 year old footstool has been recovered in the most amazing fabric and looks fabulous. It really finishes the room off well and we feel great that the footstool will last another 25 years now and hasn't gone to landfill. Thank you!

The SW Upholstery team have just completed the reupholstery of three fairly complicated cushions for a small speedboat - they've done a fantastic job. The cushions look like new! The team are really professional, and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use SW Upholstery again
