The whole process from beginnIng to end was really easy and professional. All the emails that I sent with any questions that I had were answered promptly. The sofa has come back looking like new and we are very pleased. Collection and delivery were well organised and on time. I would highly recommend.

The service at every stage from the moment, I went there to the moment the chaise was delivered back to me was outstanding. The selection of material I had to choose from and the help and guidance that I was given in choosing the fabric was so helpful.I am so very pleased with the result , I chose a patterned velvet and the pattern match is fantastic. The level of craftsmanship is second to none. I have had the chaise for a long time and this is it’s 3rd re upholstery and by far the best , I am so pleased to have found South West Upholstery.

We needed replacement cushions for four Ercol dining chairs and South West Upholstery undertook the making of these for us. From sending us sample fabrics, arranging for a courier to pick up one of our old cushions to measure and eventual delivery of the finished items we were kept in the loop at every stage in a most professional manner. In these days of hours spent listening to music while waiting to speak to a human at call centres it was a pleasure to be able to ring Abbie when necessary and speak to her immediately. Highly recommended.

A few months ago I called South West Upholstery to see if they could repair a cat hole in my furniture she’d been using it as a scratch post. I sent picture of what I need repaired (my furniture is leather and fabric and shed holed the fabric) after some discussion it was decided to repair it with leather I was sent sample I picked the nearest match, they picked it up on Monday and it was back by Friday and they did an excellent job unless you knew otherwise you would know that a repair had been done. From beginning to end all the staff very helpful and very polite I would recommend them to anybody. Sorry can’t remember right date can’t find invoice so date below is a guestinet.

A really professional and high quality service. I am delighted with the cushions and reupholstery workmanship. Every member of staff was highly professional. No-one dropped the ball and the company systems were seamless (pun intended). A real pleasure to deal with and a company I would highly recommend after looking at several other options.

I would highly recommend South West Upholstery. I had a large three-seater sofa that I wanted re-covered and to exchange the sagging feather seating cushions for something firmer. The Sales Manager was super patient in helping me find a similar colour and trying out the different filling alternatives. Pricing was extremely competitive and the collection and delivery was efficiently arranged by the Operations Manager and her team and charged at a very reasonable price, given we’re near Taunton. The job was completed as scheduled and they were able to make up two extra cushions with the left over material. We’re now all enjoying a very comfortable, smart-looking sofa. A huge thank you to all involved!

SW Upholstery took on a tricky job for me recovering some dining benches and adding foam to make the seat higher. They delivered them back yesterday and I’m so pleased with the result. They look better than they did when they were new! Highly recommend

We were impressed from our initial contact with South West Upholstery, communication was good with Amy while deciding about what to have done and which material to use. Then placing an order and arranging a time that was convenient for us with regard to collection with Abbie. Collection was efficiently carried out. Abbie kept up informed of progress. Then when we got our 3 piece suite back we were truly amazed it looks wonderful and is very comfortable. The pattern of the material is carefully matched to align across the cushions and the workmanship is of a very high standard. It was quite expensive (we chose an expensive material!) but so worth it and we consider everything good value for money.

Received my two Ercol chairs back with beautifully made cushions which should last for quite a long time. I am so thrilled with them and the way staff have helped and kept me informed.

Great customer service and a great team to deal with. It took a while for our charity to choose the correct covering for the replacement cushions at our holiday home, but the team were very patient and helpful. Delivery was great and they made the whole purchasing process easy, particularly as we were purchasing remotely.

We would definitely recommend South West Upholstery and we will use them again for any of our holiday home upholstery needs.

From the start the customer service was A++. No question and there were many was too much trouble. Our Ercol suite has been reupholstered better than when Ercol did it. The pick up and drop off was also impressive and seamless. The fabric is lovely and high quality. My grandfather was an upholsterer and it has been done as he would have done it. Praise indeed from my Mother.

We have just received our upholstered chair from South West Upholstery and they have done a fantastic job. The chair is very unusual with an ergonomic curved back so it was a complicated design to upholster. We are so pleased with the finished result.

All email and phone contacts were prompt and helpful, with an excellent range of material samples sent to me.
Collection and delivery of my sofa and armchair were carried out very efficiently.
The finished work was first rate, the two items looking like new.
