Swyft Fiber Internet & TV installations....

The representative that came out to sign me up was nice and helpful but not fully knowledgeable about the TV plans and if they were even available which they were...we did however go thru the sign up while he was here and it was a reasonably fast process except for my questions wanting to know more about the service. Roughly a week later ( JAN 19th ) was my assigned installation date. My scheduled window.was the 8am - 12 noon slot and my tech didnt get to me until about 12:45. He was very nice, professional and open to my input and to running rhe i stallation to the exciting desires I wanted
I think we came up with the best option overall and while not ideal it went smoothly and actually worked out well. We went through the back wall of my house ( raised house ) which is the Wall to my laundry room where my electric panel is and where I felt in the future Ide do renovations that would open the walls and allow me to really fine tune the wiring into a wall. For now we were a le to run the inside line under the house and come up in the corner behind the dryer and set the devices on top of a wall mounted cabinet to keep it secure and out the way. A++++ to my installer !! U fortunately the website showed Ide get a bunch of LOCAL TV CHANNELS from 3 different locations near me in Mississippi ( the 100 channels ) but my guide has me with about 8 channels out of New Orleans ( the 200 channels ). And for some reason those 200 channels have some type of video error so I am NOT getting g the local channels at all but and getting the CORE channels in my plan. Hoping tech support gets this resolved and when it is they will adjust my bill for not getting any local channels

Person who came and talked to me was nice, professional and detail oriented. Helped me with my order.
Person who hooked my internet up was professional and had my internet hooked up in about 5 minutes. Very nice associates.

Mr Perry was fabulous!

Mr. Perry was knowledgeable and efficient while installing our upgrade to fiber. He arrived 30 min early to appt & completed the task quickly. Our download speed was 5.9mb/s up to 117mb/s. Upload speed was 0.5 GPS and now 116 GPS. He also allowed us to keep our router! Extremely satisfied with the serviceman. The technical support person could have been more helpful. The office had us assigned a modem they don't even use in this city and it just needed to be changed in the system. She didnt even try to help, could have contacted Mr. Perry herself while I was on hold. Had to wait 3 hrs while my service was interrupted but it happened, finally.

The technician was very professional.

I just wanted to share my experience with the technician. They were extremely professional, thorough in their work, and explained everything clearly. Their expertise and dedication to providing quality service were evident. Just wanted to commend them for their excellent work!

Satisfactory Service

We had Swyft wifi installed. The technician was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We aren't really tech savvy, so we have a lot to learn. But he explained the different aspects to each question and made sure I understood his explanations.

Another satisfied customer.

The two installers arrived with-in the early part of the four hour arrival time that I had been given. They wasted no time, were very knowledgeable of the installation process. I was very pleased with the patience and time that they took to answer my questions. It made me feel confident about choosing the Swyft Fiber Internet when he informed me that he uses the service at his own home.

Yeah. They are that bad!

It's been awhile since I've had the displeasure of dealing with a company this abysmal. Customer service should default to a local high school. Three consecutive months of messing up the payments, disconnecting us and they were 100% in the wrong.

The Swyft installer was professional and efficient!

The Swyft installer was very professional as well as personable. He was open to installing the router anywhere I wanted, worked quickly and walked me through setting the router app up on my phone. I have only had their service for an hour, but it appears that I can get more local tv stations and the picture seems to be better also. So far, I'm very pleased with Swyft!

Beyond Happy

First, the people who came and buried my line were so wonderful, kind and professional. Did a great job in a timely manner.
My installer, same. Super kind, extremely knowledgeable and very professional!
Now about the internet speed. Fantastic. I have used satellite before here at this residence. The difference is so beyond night and day. For the last few years I have used my phone as a hotspot to connect to my MacBook Pro. I would have to wave my phone around to pick up a connection. So at this moment I am beyond ecstatic!!!!😁

It's a good price for me which is $100…

It's a good price for me which is $100 monthly and I did have trouble with it glitching and lagging and the service was going in and out but the head of the company wrote an apology and I was given a $75 dollar credit which I still have on my account just in case (knock on wood) something happened with my vehicle or had a medical emergency, and expenses. I have had no trouble with the service since then and I don't ever have any problems with it in really bad weather or anything like that. So yeah, I have to recommend it to other people that live in rural areas like I do. It's not expensive and it's not a hassle to get up and running.
