Customer service is amazing
Sometimes the measure of a company is the way they respond to a bad situation. Originally I was completely unhappy with the way this company handled my account. I gave them a 1 star review and felt that was generous at the time.
The follow up from their customer support and the way they handled the issues were incredible. Not only did they address each and every issue, they also recognized the problems and went above and beyond.
They are now in 5 star territory, and hopefully they continue to be as customer focused as they have been with me.
