I use this for withdrawing crypto to my bank account, it’s never been easier

Really great trading platform. Ive been able to deposit and trade easy. Also withdrawing is fast and straightforward. Great experience all round.

Have been on swyftx for a year now. Its easy and fast to deposit and trade. They have designed a very professional trading platform. Its easy to understand and they have plenty of helpful tutorials.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
1-When you first sign up, they send you an email stating that your account is verified, asking you to deposit funds,
2- BUT, when you try and transact you get blocked because they want more verification.
3- when you try and send crypto, they block you because they want you to send multiple screenshots to prove that you own and control your wallet,
4- After 2 weeks of stress, they ask you the reason you want to withdraw
5- The fact that you want to use the crypto to invest and to store securely on your own device isn't good enough for them, they don't have the appetite for this kind of risk. JOKERS & SCAMMERS, TIME WASTERS.

Your courier was too lazy to get out of his car to put my package in the mailbox one evening. He sat his butt in his car and threw my package in the ditch 10 feet from the mailbox one evening. It was sitting there all night !!! Augusta Georgia

I have just spent several hours on the "support" haha! line on a very simple but crucial issue. I have basically been given the run around treatment, I suppose in an endeavour to make me hang up in frustration.

An utterly useless organisation.

Makes me wonder whether I'll ever be able to withdraw my funds when the time comes.

They remind me very much of my experience with Cointree, though not quite as bad as Cointree at this stage.

After moving from Easy Crypto to the new owners Swyftx, my experience has been great as initially I had challenges navigating the new platform however after one of the officials patiently took me through the process , I can confidently say that I am happy to do business with Swyftx.

Firstly to open an account they want everything from driving licence copy to your IRD number.

Went to pay some a few hundred in Crypto and Swyftx blocked it and everything else as they want to "verfiy" it. I have to explain who the person is, my relationship, purpose of paying them....massive overreach and risk. On a virtual chat taken over an hour and half to get 3 sentences from them.

Terrible customer service.

Would you trust these people with more of your information than your bank? You bank doesn't ask what you need money for, who you are paying and why for sake of a few hundred.

Go elsewhere.

Had a very good online chat that resolved my question very well. So far, as a new client, all very good. Deposit made and now to start trading.

Great platform that supports on & off boarding funds easily for New Zealand & Australian users.

For context, Swyftx took over the crypto company Easy Crypto in New Zealand. Customers of Easy Crypto have to register with Swyftx to start trading.

In short, the process to transition across to Swtftx has been extremely frustrating and time consuming, amplified by poor customer service. I struck an issue with the third stage of registration, when it simply wouldn't progress beyond the password setting screen (online registration not via their app).

Their "online chat" function in NZ took three days to respond. FYI their performance standard in Australia is to provide a response in minutes. I then had to go through two further identication procedures to sign up. None of this was signalled in either Swyftx emails to me or as I was progressing through the registration process. The process was torturous and if it went smoothly takes approx 30 minutes, in my case considerably longer over several days as I waited for Swyftx to get back to me.

I found the process to sign up cumbersome, the customer service poor and the Swyftx technology platform looks and feels "clunky".

The site is easy to navigate and understand, transactions are simple and quick. Support is very prompt, courteous, professional and actually help with any issues or questions.

The response from support team was prompt even on weekends, and answered my questions. All the fees, charges are explicitly stated in the terms,policies, very transparent.

Ive just signed up and the process was simple and all steps were clear. Im looking forward to making my first trade soon ☺️

I have enjoyed the switch from previously using EasyCrypto to now using Swyftx, the team at Swyftx were very helpful when I ran into a couple of problems on my end the live support were very quick to get back to me to get it solved. I would definitely recommend Swyftx. It’s easy to verify everything with them aswell.
