Easy to use app, and for a crypto novice like that's great. I'm just using it to get a better understanding so do not spend a lot of money.

Had Nicole on the phone to help setup withdrawal to our wallet, was a great help and patient. App is simple to navigate around, coming from Easy Crypto I like being able to deposit funds prior to purchasing.

I seamlessly transferred to Swyftx from another exchange. Provided you follow the process then deposits and purchases are very simple. I’m yet to move or withdrawal anything, but for how well it has gone so far, I can’t see there being any issues.

Spoke to Harrison over phone, wich was convenient and he was a no- nonsense , informative professional , who clarified my issue simply. Great service!!

Communication is good and nice to speak to a actual person when required not just a bot

Love the fact that you can have set purchase price orders for bitcoin.

Be warned. Do not deal with these criminals. They will not allow withdrawal. They restrict your account until it is verified. After you provide everything they ask for, they ask for the same documents all over again. You end up going around in circles and never lift the restrictions that enable withdrawal. I see many other people in this review with similar problems. It is beyond me that they get away with this scam. They should all be imprisoned.

I made my first trade with Swyftx in the last week - trading is very simple, fast and the rates/fees are competitive. The platform has been easy to navigate so far and there are more tokens available that EC provided.

Early days but the experience has been positive so far.

Had a question about my bank deposit, I was quickly connected with a real person and was sorted out within 10 mins :)
