I had to migrate from EasyCrypto to Swyftx, but already had a Swyftx account. I had a problem verifying my identity and uploading the necessary documents. After writing to the helpdesk, I was assisted very effectively by 2 different agents, who helped me solve the problem and get my account to Gold Standard. Its been a pleasure working with Harry Schiller and the OTC team. So far the Swyftx OTC service has been top tier. I have used multiple brokerage services, but Harry's team have a great balance of professionalism, responsive, and know how. Being able to contact Harry directly has been a game changer. He always answers promptly to assist with brokerage or account management, and he never fails to provide clear, practical support. I was originally with Easy Crypto and had to move my assets over. Typically I rushed through and didn't thoroughly read the transfer guide. As my funds hadn't turned up in my new Swfytx account after a few days I contacted their helpdesk. Within hours they had managed to locate & restore my assets to my new wallet. Truly impressive customer service, I can't rate them high enough. Also their interface is pretty sweet, and makes things very clear. 5 stars.

Relatively easy to set up. Had a slight issue with having a second id being approved. Spoke to a awesome customer service agent and it was fixed in minutes

overall service was fantastic, this is my 3rd time to deal with the help team, first time setting up account Banksa major problem and no help/very little. swyftx tried everything from their end to no avail. then added another service in banking first try fantastic money in, 3 more deposits great then one goes missing contact help team no problem all fixed in 5 to 10 mins excellent service

I have been with Swyftx for a number of years and am really happy with the level of 'human' service they offer. My dream team Taz & Haz (Tarish my account manager and Harry from the OTC desk), are efficient in response time and dealing with any concerns i might have. They are both professional while at the same time real.
Transactions, Deposits and Withdrawals are seamless, simple and quick on the exchange, and through the OTC desk
Guidance and direction is given for whatever it is you need (such as SMSF's), and their team of experts are always willing to help and put you in touch with the right people.

SWYFTX have answered all of my questions promptly without jargon, funds transfers are near immediate, and they have checked in with me a few times when they had security on my account issues.

I have been with SWYFTX for several years and ... I am very satisfied with the extraordinary service From Harry Schiller and his OTC team ... i have experienced small tech challenges infrequently on my end online with both Buy & Sell orders. However when this occurred i have had my account managers either Harry or Tarish educated me or corrected my error whilst online and through personal management advice and help.
