We placed an order for 500 server hard drives with Sybex Global, and the delivery was right on schedule. The hard drives arrived in excellent condition, and the whole process was efficiently managed from start to finish. No issues with the order or communication— just a reliable service.
I've had multiple issues with Sybex Global Information's customer service. They are slow to respond and when they do, their responses are often unhelpful. It's very frustrating when you need assistance and can't get it.
All these other reviews are probably fake! Owner of the company Hamza Sabir is a scammer and owes us tens of thousands of dollars.
He is also reported to the BBB. Do not do business with this company!
