Sybotanica has a great customer service, when i had a small problem with my order it was rectified very fast and service was friendly and helpful. I have ordered from them many times already and everytime the shipment has been not only in great condition but not even once has something been missing. They have fair prices considering what they offer, Sybastones are pratically eternal when used right and the quality of their soil mixes has been excellent. Also they always put in something nice extra when your order more. I have almost 70 plants using different Sybotanica products now and they are all thriving. Some have asked why i dont use local Finnish products? The reason is simple, they are no match to Sybotanica in quality or in ease of use :)

The product is high quality. The packaging of the product is perfect 🙂. You can open and close the package again, so if you don't use it all, you can safely leave it for another time.

I ordered several plant pots, as well as fertilizer and substrate, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall quality. The planters look fantastic, the materials feel very high-quality, and everything arrived well packaged. Repotting my plants was smooth and easy, and since then they’ve been thriving — they really seem to love their new setup.

There was a small issue initially, as four pots were missing from the delivery. However, the customer service team reacted immediately and handled everything in a very straightforward and professional way. The missing items were shipped without any complications, which I truly appreciated.

It was the only one that had the type of soil l needed for my avo ado growing tree.The delivery was very fast. The texture of it is amazing and it states that it lasts for at least 6 months.Thats only twice a year l have to renew it.Its amazing.
