Dorchester hire - superb service
Hired an industrial dehumidifier in a panic just before everything closed up for the holidays. Sydenhams (Dorchester branch) were immediately responsive - took all my details and payment over the phone, delivered the unit to hard-to-find neighbour exactly as requested and sent me the invoice promptly. And this morning, two lovely, cheery guys took the unit away again, just as they said they would. I've tried, but I really can't think of any way the service could be better. Thank you!! Jon

Really first class, just excellent. They deal with big trade mostly but give same level of personal service to Jo/Joe Bloggs. I ordered a tonne of 20mm gravel. It was clean, very good quality, they price matched nearest competitor. Delivered to meet my schedule, on time, put exactly where it was needed by most proficient delivery person. I would like Nick to know he has a first class team from order desk to delivery - thank you

It truly was a pleasure to deal with a company that was so helpful and understanding of our needs as a primary school.Jon was very generous with a contribution towards our memorial allotment.
The driver Chris could not have been more helpful too,being patient and resourceful in getting our top soil where we needed it to be

I've so much help from Gary at your kitchens and bathrooms section in Salisbury I feel that I just have to let your customers know what good service they'll get when clients call on the Salisbury branch for their needs.

Cannot fault this company, quick and helpful in the office, delivery driver was fantastic and great care clearly taken of every cut of timber, how its loaded on the van and how it was taken off the van, brilliant

The customer service is outstanding, spoke to a person called Maggie. She went above and beyond to get me cederal cladding the same day! Absolutely unreal service, thanks to her I could get the job done next day where as I could of been waiting 2 weeks from other vendors.

Im a buyer in construction and have recently opened an account with the guys at Southampton.
Fantastic company to deal with..they go out of their wato ensure that delivery's are on time and their prices are great.
I would reccomend the guys at Southampton for any building projects large or small.

Just started using Sydenhams and really pleased I have. Used Totton branch and a chap called Jon Coleman, who has great product knowledge and excellent customer service, nothing too much trouble! I have now applied for account as well.

I wish I had used Sydenhams sooner . We have now had a Bathroom suite and complete kitchen with appliances from the Newport Isle of wight branch.
Very happy with both , total quality products with a service to match. No issues with any items and delivery was able to be arranged around different fitting stages. Mark Baker was great at tweaking the layouts to our ever changing requirements and give advice when needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely look no further in the future .

We have used Sydenhams for all our building materials, wood and general fixings for many years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to assist you. HIghly recommended and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always a great service from Abingdon sydenhams.The office guys and girls always seem to get my order to me quickly even if I’m working further a field.after lockdown the went the extra mile (s)sourcing my materials that were in short supply.thank you Mike t,little Mike,Ellen,Sam,and Adam sat in the corner.also thanks to Martin and Ben in the wood shed for cutting my timber at short notice.
