Short story, I ordered an item, didnt receive it, found out 3 weeks later wasnt even sent, then had to wait another 2 weeks.
Salesgirl was very helpful, but its always someone elses fault. Just suck it up and say this is our fault. Your service delivery failed you, not me. You failed me by not following up to ensure the package has been sent.
You graciously refunded me $100 of my purchase. This was a good gesture. It did not help me in my business but was appreciated.

We received prompt quotes for the commercial dishwasher options that we were interested in. Once we had chosen the dishwasher and paid for it the unit was delivered to regional NSW promptly. The truck was able to unload the 100kg unassisted and the unit was placed inside ready for installation. - Excellent service
