Stay away from this store. Not only do you not receive the goods. But you then can’t get your refund

Just excuse after excuse.

Bought in early December & I still have no item.

I have emailed customer services, but they are no use and have no intention of helping.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THE PRODUCT VERY POOR QUALITY AND THEY DO NOT OFFER ANY WARRANTY!!!!!! DO NOT PUCHASE ANYTHING!!

I waited for 2 months for the LED mask I paid for. i asked for a refund and was constantly sent emails telling me to be patient. When I opened the case with Paypal they emailed again asking me to cancel the claim and they would refund me. DO NOT cancel any dispute. I eventually got my money back through Paypal. DON NOT USE THEM!!!!

The company could only improve by closing down!! Like everyone else says its the worst experience i have ever had with a company. They are fraudulent they lead you into believing your buying from a UK company but as soon as you click the pay button your then transfered to a Chinese company.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

The first thing to note on this review site is that "This company displays Trustpilot content incorrectly!" This company is so bad it has to make up reviews to con you as well as trying to portray it is a UK company.
I also bought one of their led masks as a present and only because I could pay by PayPal, an option which seems to have disappeared! It took over 7 weeks to arrive despite being told 12 days and attempts to cancel were ignored.
The mask, as stated by others was cheap, flimsy garbage. Luckily, after raising a dispute with PayPal, I was refunded.
Stay well clear and check reviews first!

My wife bought a hairdryer from this company; not only did it take more than 7 weeks to arrive, when it did arrive it is neither CE marked nor UKCA marked and thus is NOT ALLOWED legally to be sold in the UK.

CE marking/UKCA marking is the cornerstone of consumer safety; don't put yourself at risk.

BUYER BEWARE; mains powered product with zero evidence that it is safe to use.

Stay safe - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

You will also struggle to get any reply from them, never mind a refund.

This company is based in Hong Kong and if you do want to return you will find courier and customs fees prohibitive.

Take positive action.

Go to UK Citizens Advice / Chat with an advisor and start a chat > To start a chat, select the round ‘Start chat’ button at the bottom right of your screen.

Paste the following into a chat:

"I would like to report a company to Trading Standards.

The company is Sylvane UK.

They appear to be selling products into the UK market that do not comply with UK regulatory requirements. Specifically, the products being sold are not CE marked or UKCA marked, which is required for legal sale in the UK.

This appears to be a breach of UK product safety and conformity regulations, and I am concerned that consumers may be purchasing non-compliant and potentially unsafe products.

I am reporting this so the matter can be investigated and appropriate enforcement action taken."

I have already posted a review of this company and because of the problems I asked for cash back from my credit card company Halifax. SYLVANE UK DISPUTED MY CLAIM AND HALIFAX ON THEIR CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY HAVE REFUSED ME MY CASHBACK. HALIFAX SAID THEY DID NOT READ REVIEWS AND ALTHOUGH I SENT PHOTOS AND MANY EMAILS POINTING OUT THAT THIS GOMPANY IS A GOMPLETE SCAM THEY SIDED WITH SYLVANE. SYVANE OFFERED A 60% DISCOUNT IF I KEPT THE MASK BUT ON SPEAKING TO HALIFAX THEY ADVISED NOT TO ACCEPT AS PROBABLY NO GUARANTEE TO RECEIVE IT AND YET HALIFAX ACCEPTED SYLVANES STORY AND I AM NOW LEFT £125 OUT OF POCKET. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered lumaglow mask and took 7 weeks to arrive. They wouldn't let me cancel order and what came was a shockingly awful temu product. This cost me £150! I feel physically sick. Is there not anything anybody can do about these scam companies. Disgraceful

Like other reviewers have reported I ordered an LED face mask on 2 Dec 2025 as a Christmas present. Two months later and the mask still hasn’t arrived. I had to buy an alternative at 3 times the cost. I thought I had researched the best masks before buying and I thought I was buying from a U.K. company. This was not the case. The mask was coming from China. The last update was on 29 December and the parcel was at the delivery hub. Unfortunately Evri can’t provide any update on its whereabouts. I requested a refund on numerous occasions but only get an apology and I’m asked to contact the delivery company myself which is not my responsibility. The latest update from Sylvane is that a delivery was apparently attempted even though I work from home so would have been in and if I don’t arrange an alternative date then my item will be returned back to customs. I asked for evidence of this supposed delivery but of course this is not available. More warning bells. Evri didn’t mention the attempted delivery when I contacted them. I expect this will be used as an excuse for Sylvane not providing a refund. I raised a dispute with my credit card provider to try to get my money back. Do not use.

Update on 25 March 2026
After giving up on the mask ever arriving I got a parcel through the post today. Unbelievably it was the mask. It goes without saying that the mask is cheap tat and not worth the money. You can buy the same thing off Amazon for half the price. What was interesting is that it was delivered by Yodel but I had originally been provided with tracking info from Evri who couldn’t provide me with any info. That makes sense as it was probably never sent using Evri. I expect the original postage info was fake and it took 3 months to arrive. The whole experience has been a joke.

I ordered a hairdryer from this company which I was led to believe by their website they were based in the UK but alas they’re in Hong Kong! It took 4 weeks to arrive , I had tried to cancel it the company wouldn’t let me ! The Evri tracking system never worked either . All in all a rubbish company so STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Be very wary!!! Took ages to arrive, company would not allow the order to be cancelled. They want returns to be sent and paid for at the consumers cost to Asia. They promise partial refunds but been waiting weeks for mine and it hasn’t arrived. They are also not responding to my emails chasing the partial return. Avoid would be my advice!

Awful Chinese scam company! Avoid, just like all other reviews state in case you’re still considering.

Products are garbage too - wife bought LED mask which was defective and they refuse to issue refund.

Do not buy from this company, originally placed a order on the 1st Dec I thought o was buying within the UK turns out they were based in Hong Kong, it took 3 weeks for delivery, the item (LED face mask) arrive and was not what was described on the advert when ordering I thought I was under the impressing it was a hard material face mask from a different company (I googled best led face masks a whole range of masks come up so I clicked on the link for the 2nd best one from Luna&Skin turns out without me realising it took me to this fake site I completed the purchase and was none the wiser) I asked for a refund and was fobbed off will that I had to send it back and pay international charges which I refused to do, contacted PayPal opened a dispute and today I’ve found out PayPal have closed the dispute hence why the company have started to ignore my emails, they have scammed me out of £111.20 I had to buy another one (Shark) for £320 as it was a Xmas present. FUMING!

So I’m going to contact my bank today to see if I can dispute it through them.

Great web site and very professional draw in. Everything looked exactly right and the order went smoothly for a hair dryer, on 12 December, with suggested delivery and expectation for Christmas.

Now, several weeks later and a great many emails exchanged since, the product still hasn't arrived, and alarmingly, the company will not provide any refund until it is received and returned.

Purchased the product from London, but the tracking places the item in China, where it was still recorded as being located until my last complaint, and escaltion, when it suddenly began showing as having left China.

I cannot express how frustrating, annoying, and unprofessional this is, but every time I raise it with the company, which I have only ever done politely, all I get back are very curteous apologies, understanding my frustration and regretting the inconvenience.

I had to buy an alternative product for an alternative Christmas present, suffered the indignity of the delay causing embasrassment, and now have no further use for the item even if it does arrive. However, I paid for this product through a card and am now seeking remuneration through official channels so hopefully my near hundred and fifty pound expense won't be lost.

In short. Do not use this company. They are clearly getting monies in advance and using that to purchase items after the fact and avoid outlay.

Their customer engagement might be polite, but their service is absolutely ludicrous.

If you do decide to go against this recommendation and are pulled in by their expesive and professional looking advertising, I suggest that you invest now, if you have Christmas items that you are looking to buy, then you may (and I emphasise MAY) achieve some small level of satisfaction.

Only wish I had read the reviews before I slipped up with this order.

My led mask is amazing, yes it too 4 weeks to arrive. Got a free gift of a manicure set aswell. Use my mask everyday. I can see the difference in my face. Thank you.

Bought a hair removal device (IPL) on 9 DEC 2025 but cancelled the order within a fortnight. They have a 30 day cancellation policy. Sylvane UK were unable to do anything. Unwilling to stop the order being sent from Hong Kong. I had to await 4 weeks for delivery, only to then pay £20 to return (to HK). Now item is stuck in CHINA / HK CUSTOMS (22 JAN 2026) and still not been refunded. ADVICE: Stay away from this Company...USELESS.

Absolutely awful company ordered a led facemask for Christmas for the girlfriend and after reading reviews i realised id made a mistake and cancelled before 24 hours and before it had been sent , they refused to cancel and said I’ll have to return at my own cost once it had arrived
6 weeks of disputes with them and pay pal and im still nearly 200 out of pocket
Disgusting customer service do not buy anything from them

Goods not received, sent from China allegedly, emails eventually answered and refund promised but still nothing after 7 weeks. Absolute con artists. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Shocking, terrible company.
Selling items faulty and will not return, took an absolute age to arrive clearly not from the UK as it claims and then when it doesn’t work they wash their hands and so you’ve had it too long.
