HUGE HONG KONG SCAM
This is a horrid company out of Hong Kong and it is a SCAM!!! They have a US phone number on their website that is disconnected and nobody returns emails at customer service.

Scam!!
I was waiting for my order to come in and patiently „tracked“ the package which seemed to get stuck in the process quite often. During those four weeks I contacted the company three times per email and never got a reply. USPS did not find the tracking number. Once I contacted PayPal the tracking jumped to being delivered a week ago. I never received my dresses, and didn’t get a refund from PayPal. Not sure if I was sent a piece of junkmail ( for tracking purposes ) or nothing got mailed at all!

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY! Purchased two items. The first was not the correct color and was damaged. The second was missing a strap and the bottom of the dress was unraveling. There is no customer service number to call or return process. Their posted phone number is disconnected and they won’t reply to any emails. Their return process says to send an email and they will reply within a specific time frame. The problem is they don’t reply. I had to dispute the charges to get my money back. If you look, they changed their Facebook page from Sylvia hot to Svvia hot. Scam company —stay away!!!!
