Called in to get help choosing a sewig machine and got amazing service. The sales person had good knowledge of the products and gave me sincere recommendations.
I also got my sewing machine sent home super quickly. So overall im very pleased with my experience. :)

It could be faster and the voice…
It could be faster and the voice message could be more explicit (i.e if the reason for a call was to inform me that the order will arrive tomorrow, say that in a voice message instead og saying “ Please call me back om XXX number”). Otherwise all worked perfectly fine :-)
