Great chair at a great price. The refurb has been excellent as it looks brand new, but a fraction of the price. Smooth delivery and good communication.

Received my chair last week. It took less than a week to be delivered and was well packaged. The chair arrived as described and was in great condition. Really pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

Ordered the Steelcase Amia and couldn't be happier with my order! The chair came in great condition with one exception. Customer service was excellent as when a part arrived defective they replaced it quickly and efficiently. Delivery was fast and tracking my shipment was easy.

Received my chair today, it took a week or so to be delivered, but it was free delivery! They were quick to respond to my enquiry about the delivery and the chair arrived in excellent condition, looks, feels and smells like brand new! Great chair. Fast delivery and in great (like-new) condition. The chair was delivered fully assembled to my front-door, all I had to do was to wheel it in.

Fantastic quality of chair. I was worried about the leather getting damaged in transit but they had it very well protected.

100% recommend Symon Furniture. I purchased the HM Sayl chair with additional lumbar support and it arrived looking close to brand new. Barely noticeable scuffs on the chrome base, the seat pad has been professionally cleaned and is like brand new and so are the armrests. I am so happy with my purchase I am spinning in my chair right now! Also, it was delivered by DHL and really well packed. I saved a lot of money by not purchasing brand new and got a super chair - thank you!

The office chair Looks new and a fraction of the price of a new one so what’s not to like?

Bought a Herman Miller Aeron Size B with Posture fit and headrest. I used this type of chair for a couple of decades from the early 2000s when working in the City, but now work from home almost 100% so I will certainly get good use from it. Super adjustable and comfortable and it feels very nice to sit in one again. Aftermarket headrest is a great addition. Delivered in immaculate condition within 4 days and was nicely packaged.

Chair arrived as described in perfect condition and in good time. Delivered by Symon's company and the delivery driver was very nice and took it to my flat level upstairs. The chair feels great against my back as I suffer from back pain. Thank you very much! 5/5 would buy from again.

Chair was dirty when arriving. Mechanisms wobbly.
Does not feel refurbished at all, almost like it was just taken from an office clearance and sold on without change.

I found the RH Mereo 220 on Symon Furniture at a very competitive price.

Despite this being a refurbished chair, it arrived in great condition and was already assembled. The delivery driver was very helpful with getting the item to my building and also texted me to tell me when he had arrived.

There were some things that indicated that this chair had been previously used (such as the seat adjustment) but these were very neglible.

The chair itself is very comfortable and feels very supportive of my spine during my workday. The level of adjustment on this thing is arguably best in class. I can adjust the seat, backrest, neckrest, tension control, arms (angle,width,height) and chair height.

One of the best purchases I have made in quite a while.
