Up until their recent lack of stock, this was the only vender I used. For the most part they are a fine choice, however, I'm glad I finally branched out to other venders.

Most of the time, they will honor their same day shipping, but there were Many times they did not. They simply printed a label and turned it over to the shipping partner the next day. One time it took them 5 days to turn it over. I ordered on a Friday, but they didn't ship it until the following Tuesday.

They have the worst customer service of ANY company I've dealt with. They have never returned a single email. I've had them mess up 3 orders and they refused to respond to my emails about the issues. Two of the times, they missed items from my order, which I paid for and was never refunded. The third time they sent the wrong item and weight.

Pretty much everything on their website is a lie, except the products they sell. They will not give you a discount code, if the shipping service delivers the order after the guaranteed shipping date, even though the website claims they will. Only they can get the refund for the shipping cost, and they don't refund you the cost, unfortunately.

I don't plan on doing business with them anymore, to be honest.

From my experience, these guys are legit. I've ordered over a dozen times and never had an issue. A couple times my delivery was late due to a fedex issue, but not synaptex fault.

These guys are one of 3 vendors that I currently use and I would recommend them. Follow the ordering instructions and you should be fine.

If I could I would go after this company. This is EVIL. HOW DARE YOU SELL A PRODUCT WITH NO CONTROL OVER HOW MUCH SOMEONE IS BUYING?!? This should be ILLEGAL. YOU KNOW YOU ARE CREATING ADDICTS WITH THIS DRUG. YOU KNOW YOU ARE WRECKING HAVOC ON THEIR LIVES!
As someone who just found out and is helping a loved one get OFF of this as they thought it was simply a supplement but then came to realize they have been taking WAY TOO MUCH then to find out that this is a HORRENDOUSLY ADDICTIVE DRUG!!!

I do not blame my loved one who has NEVER TOUCHED DRUGS. WHO EARNS A GOOD LIVING WHO HAS CHILDREN WHO IS ALWAYS A GOOD PERSON. They simply saw a STUPID TIKTOK that led to a search that said it’s in pills and then read better from this website and went with it.

I’ve made I believe three or four orders so far, and this is definitely a great company with great products. No complaints whatsoever. They even shipped an order on Saturday when I missed the cutoff by a couple minutes Friday. Above and beyond in that regard.

The product is absolute trash. The reviews that are positive must be fake because whatever they shipped is not real. There’s a reason they put threatening legal language about chargebacks on their website - they know they’re selling trash and they want to scare you into not calling them on it. Going to send in a sample of what they shipped for testing to confirm what it actually is, but in the meantime I suggest you stay away from this, it’s a scam.

Please never order from them again. There are better and more reliable options out there. For a while they had me fooled that they were a solid company even though it took them forever to reply to simple emails but for the most part my packages come on time. Now when something bad happens(my package is lost in the system) they will do absolutely nothing to help me. I’m telling you, find a new vendor before this happens to you because now I’m out $128. They just tell you to play middle man between them and the post office. That’s assuming they answer your emails at all. Be smarter than I was and realize at the first time of trouble(my first review) that this company has zero customer service and will not help you in any way.

I have spent a good amount of money with this company from Nov 2021 through July 2022. But now they are not reliable at all, my last 3 emails went ignored. It seems they can not accept most payments anymore, and i emailed them saying please let me know, can I make an order or not ? No response.... and for anyone who uses tia knows you can not just run out of it and not take it anymore.... No way. So I went back to my original vendor and made a purchase just in time. The only reason I quit using my first vendor is because they accept only credit cards, and I use a prepaid card so I always have to load it, and it is so much easier for me to use Zelle. But after going back to my first vendor, I can say 110 %, their product is so much better, it truly is. and their customer support is amazing. I was truly let down by synaptex and their ( sister site ) by them leaving a loyal customer hanging like that. No more business from me fr fr fr.

I’ve been ordering from synaptex regularly for over a month now. They have extremely competitive prices, quality product and great communication. They’re just opening up a sister site right now and I’m looking forward to continuing doing business with them over there. Thanks for the great service guys!

11/10 would use this vendor again . This is my first order with them, 4 days from shipment arrived via usps priority. Even got a little over the 4 grams I purchased. Sodium seems very effective. much appreciated!!

Been ordering for a few months now very fast never an issue until last order I made on December 31 before the cut off but have not yet heard anything not really like them I also understand they are in the middle of a transition hopefully I hear more about this last order later today Monday January 3

Our lab utilizes tia FA and sulphate from time to time and this is the ONLY vendor my wife and I use. 2 to 3 days from cashapp to mailbox and the price out the door is absolutely worth every penny. Communication is always open and tracking number is sent the moment the parcel goes out. We look forward to many years of business with these fine folks. If you are hesitant, just take the jump. You will be happy you did!

This is my second review of this company. Since my first order, I have made a total of 6 purchases. The delivery/turn around is the following: Place order on Monday morning, retrieve from my mailbox Wednesday afternoon. I live close, but the consistency and reliability of this company is amazing. The research materials are unbeatable. If you’re on the fence about using this vendor, let this be the deciding factor. Three thumbs up.

This is the absolute BEST of the BEST. Customer service is amazing and you can't beat it. Their research material is the best quality hands down. This was my 2nd time using them. It was urgent read that they check for orders only until 2pm. they checked mine and I sent it to them about 2:25. Once again payed for fed ex over night. from Florida to Ohio. Was there after work on porch. Sulfate is top 5 best. I've purchased from MANY vendors. Would use these guys 1000% of the time if I could get better price even at 300g.

Always has stock, very quick and efficient customer service, they always answer my emails within one hour, high quality product, the best prices I have found for tianeptine, a 10% discount when you use certain payment methods, and a great variety of different payment methods including crypto, wire transfer, zelle, and more.
