Can’t recommend these guys enough. I’ve never had anything less than a great experience when ordering from them. Always on point with quality, and communication. I have no idea where some of these bad reviews came from, considering I’ve been doing business with Synaptex for roughly 2 years and never once had an issue. They’ve even gone the extra mile a few times to help me when I was in a bind.

They have a flawless dropoff record for shipping, and sending tracking. Their packaging method is excellent, and the quality of their products is always top notch. I’ve been in this field for a few years, and have tried almost every other company out there. Some aren’t bad at all, and would be a solid second choice, but none of them are on the same level.

I would disregard the few “bad reviews” I’d bet money that 90% of them are completely fabricated, and the other 10% are extremely exaggerated.

Anyways the TLDR: Great company. Excellent products. Reliable shipping time. Super easy communication and payment methods. Zero complaints. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have ordered many times from Synaptex because they have an overnight shipping option whereas other sites only offer 2-3 days. Also because they have the payment method I need. I’ve never had an order missed like other sites and they have always shipped out same day. The only problem I have which is a rather big problem is that the product differs frequently. Sometimes it seems weaker than normal and sometimes it seems like it is a different product all together. I always order sodium but I have ordered sulfate before to try it. Sometimes when I order sodium it will act exactly like sulfate. I did message before and he said his supplier hasn’t changed so I figured there’s just nothing really I can do about it.

I have nothing but Great experiences with synaptex. I dont even bother going anywhere else. I know its always pure, and a fair price. The customer service is better than most corporations. I had an issue with usps losing my package and they helped me figure it out. Gave me the info on a claim which i didnt know about. It was a couple hundred bucks too. I was freaking out because i was running out, iust have emailed them at least 10x in 2 days and they replied to every single one with nothing but help, even though i am positive i was being annoying and time consuming.
I see people try to trash them on reviews and its ridiculous. I understand its hard to trust with this product, a lot of shady people out there. I went through that. Researched for days maybe even a week. Reviews didnt help much because there werent many, and some were not so good but also seemed disingenuous. I took my chance and couldnt be happier. That was back in may. Always has stock, if they run out they let you know Ahead of time that they're running low and when theyre shipment is expected to restock, to the date. You seriously couldn't find a better vendor. Thanks to reddits newish rule about no sourcing, it leaves us guessing. Over here noone knows my reputation, and that sucks. Reddit really screwed us by doing that.
Rest assure youre good here, they will not screw you over. They even have like 2gs for like 20 bux, test it out. A month later youll be like me, so relieved i found a vendor that isnt shady, that i can trust with great price. That stress off my life alone is huge. It used to be hell trying to find a good product and company i can trust.
I dont get into the sulfate or free acid but im sure its great, the sodium is dry, looks like salt, in heavy duty plastic containers with screw on lids...have the packets in there for moisture absorbance.
Synaptex is the Only place ill go to as long as theyre in business.
Hope this helps whoever is reading. I didnt have any reviews to go off of and it made my search so damn hard.
