Great product, superb support!
I subscribed to their SyncGene sync service, but was not sure if I set up it right. Their support guys are real professionals and know what they are doing. Got me through everything in less than 10 minutes. The service is working great!

Scam stay clear!
Went to move OST converter to another machine as mine died and was told I had to renew the maintenance just to be able to enter my already purchased license key. Steer clear of these guys.
Rubbish product. Refused refund despite 'guarantee'
Rubbish product (Sync2) which did not work and which was not as good as the free product I replaced. It created duplicate contacts in Outlook which they blamed on other products (!) and then they tried to charge me for another product to fix the mess they'd made!
Rude online help and refused to refund me, despite promising a 14 day money back guarantee. How they are Microsoft Gold rated is beyond me. There UK helpline is nothing more than an answering machine.
At best rubbish and to be avoided, and at worst a con of a company ignoring basic online selling rules.
