I have bought most of my cable machine attachments from synergy and I have to say the quality you get for what you pay is great. This company is my go-to for all my attachments.

I just ordered and will put the Roman chair exercise equipment to good use when it is available in my own home no excuses.

Purchase was exactly what I needed and competed very easy.

My order was delivered quickly after I ordered it, and I am very happy with the sledge hammer.

I ordered a rack with pulley, set of plates, and decline bench. As far as product quality, I rate it 7 stars. The pulley feels cheap and there’s a lot of friction. My rack had a dent in it and was scratched in multiple places. The bumper plates have a cheap slippery coating which I’m not a fan of given the price I paid. I didn’t receive the safety bars and now they are on back order. I give the shipping two stars. It’s taken nearly a month and I still haven’t received my bench. Two items were returned during shipping and had I not followed up with a phone call they wouldn’t have been aware. They then offered me a refund or they could ship it again. Which they did and I still haven’t received it.

At first, I was hesitant to since the price seemed to be too good to be true. After looking at several reviews, I decided to take a chance. I was quite surprised how well the dumbbells were made for the price. I have already recommended this product to several people. The delivery came within a few days before it said it would be delivered. This was a bonus that I was happy about.

I had an issue with the large gym wall clock. The Synergee customer service responses were very fast and had the issue resolved by shipping a new product in less than 24 hrs! This is phenomenal service, especially considering clock was a few months outside the 1 yr warranty.

Great customer service. My squat rack was missing a part. I explain my situation and without hesitation I was sent a whole new rack. That's awesome! Made me a reoccurring customer for sure. Thanks again!

Everything was easy to set up and quality material. I had an issue with my barbell not showing up with the rest of my squat rack/plates and they informed me it was damaged in transit and had already issued a new one for delivery. I'm happy with the purchase and customer service.

I recently bought bumper plates from another company. The plates look really cool but the quality was disappointing. At the time I had not become aware of synergee I wish I had. I recently bought 4 of the 15 lb bumper plates and the quality is amazing and these things look really great. I have plans to complete my set with Synergee plates. If your thinking of buying bumper plate you can’t go wrong with Synergee plates.

Also, suggested that you offer a numbered plate cap option so that plate positions are identified e.g. 5, 10, 15, 25, 35, 45.

The mat’s came with no issues. Looks very good.

Only bad thing was that they aren’t being shipped until July 30th.
