We know working out isn’t your full-job; but it sure feels amazing to lift something heavy when you come home from your 9-5. We recognize that fitting in a workout between kids’ pick-ups, drop-offs, meals, and bedtime can be a challenge; but with reliable and affordable equipment made to fit your unique lifestyle, it can happen. We understand a home gym means a heated and decked out garage for some, and pushing the coffee table aside to make space for burpees for another; and we’ve got equipment to suit both, and everything in between.

We are for full-time moms, dads, spouses, role models, caregivers, students, teachers, emergency services personnel who need fitness to be convenient, empowering, and help them lead healthier, and happier lives.

My adjustable squat rack arrived…Small space home gym.

My adjustable squat rack arrived quickly. The box was damaged when delivered but I believe that to be the fault of Amazon Logistics delivery team. One of my J-Cups was defective and has already been shipped to me and is on its way. Great squat rack for small spaces. I'm very satisfied with Synergee, their products, and customer service. Our family has also purchased an Olympic barbell and bumper plates from them. My wife and I are very pleased.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service! They helped me with a couple things, one of them was my fault and the other was the shippers fault. Synergee took FULL responsibility and helped me out! The trap bar I received is great, no frills, super basic, exactly what I was looking for!

Company does NOT honor their guarantee. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Join my FB group :)

Bought their incline bench from Amazon for my nephew for Christmas. The bench I received had a torn and damaged back rest and missing a bunch of pieces. I sent them a message, including photos of the damage to which they replied with how to do an Amazon return LOL. No mention of their ''No sweat guarantee'', no offer to send a replacement, no help whatsoever, just ''send it back''. Let me just quote their guarantee so you can see why that is so laughable. I replied to their message with ''But hey what about your guarantee?'' and even sent them a screenshot of their guarantee and they never replied! ''★ NO SWEAT GUARANTEE ★ – Leave the sweating and swearing for your training! Buying from Synergee means quick, hassle-free, and caring customer service! Plus, we offer a better-than-money-back guarantee: if there is an issue with your product for any reason, we will send you a new one quickly and absolutely FREE! 100% Customer Satisfaction is our Number 1 Goal!''. To this day they have never replied to that message on Amazon... UPDATE: I finally received a reply after sending them a very angry message to the email address I found on their website and here is what they had to say about their guarantee. ''The No Sweat Guarantee you referenced is meant to cover damages or defects that impede the reasonable functionality, structural integrity, or safe use of the equipment - minor issues such as the ones with your bench are resolved through a free return and a full refund '' They didn't send me that on Amazon because they know that Amazon monitors their messages and if they replied with that bullsh*t on Amazon then Amazon would have seen what scam artists they are and that the guarantee they have posted on Amazon is complete bullsh*t. And what she's claiming the guarantee is clearly contradicts the guarantee they have posted on Amazon saying ''If there is an issue with your product FOR ANY REASON, we will send you a new one quickly and absolutely free''. It is very obviously just a ploy to scam you into buying their product and then when you have a problem with it they backpedal on their guarantee and try to claim it's something else. And a damaged bench that's also missing several pieces needed to put it together is more than a ''MINOR'' issue! She also mentioned that they would be able to send the missing pieces. I told them that if they sent the missing pieces and provided a partial refund for the damage that I would accept that. I will update this once I receive a reply or a resolution.
UPDATE: It has now been 52 days since they said to me ''Please let me know how you would like to proceed regarding returning the bench or having replacement hardware shipped out - I will look into what compensation can be given for the torn seat cushion''... and I replied telling them that I would take the missing parts and a partial refund and I have not heard a single word back from them. I have emailed them several times since they sent their last message and they have not replied. This company doesn't honor their guarantee then gives you the runaround and ignores you. I have filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and have been in talks with Consumer Protection. Stay away from this company! And to anyone else who's getting scammed by these a*sholes if you want to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau just google search ''Synergee BBB'' it'll be the first result with the name ''Synergee Fitness Equipment''. Also, since Synergee loves to remove the negative reviews of their products from their website so much or to delete negative posts from their social media and then block those people from their social media, I have created a group on FB where you can go say anything you want about them and post photos of your defective or damaged product without fear of them being removed by Synergee. I can't post the link on here but just search for ''Synergee'' on FB and the group should show up in the results. It's called ''Synergee Fitness Equipment - Complaints and Negative Reviews''. Buying experience not too good

I’ve bought with this company 3 times, and I can say the equipment was overall of good quality.

My problem lies in the buying experience. I’ve looked for a couple of weeks the power rack and I’ve found out there was some available on their site. I took time to ask the customer services if they really had it and they answered yes. I bought it! Two weeks later and I did not receive anything so I went back to the customer services and learned that they “had an error in my address” which was not true because I already bought from them and I went to confirm my address and it was the right one. Instead of reaching out (having my phone number and email), they sold it to another customer.
Therefore I needed to wait 6 weeks for the next shipment… 6-7 weeks later no news, wrote to customer services again and I was told to wait another month or so. I’ve decided to buy from another company instead.
Not sure I’ll buy again there, even if the equipment was good.

Bad Experience

This company is a lot like Wish. They advertise one thing, but the product they send you isn’t that great.

I ordered a wall mount from their website, but the product I received was bent/manufactured so badly that it caused the bottom of the barbell to rest against my wall.

I reached out to see about a replacement, but they couldn’t guarantee that the replacement would be any different.

I left a review on their website that they deleted, so don’t trust their website showing you the 4-5 star reviews. They remove the negative ones..

building a new home gym

I am building a new home gym and the website sold me. The website is easy to navigate and exceptional description of every item within. I purchased a little under $4,000 worth of equipment, some not projected to ship until December.

I made an error in the purchase order and the response to refund the money was swift. Chalk up another genuinely positive experience. I truly appreciate good customer service.

The only reason my experience is 4 stars and not 5 is due to communication with the shipping. Mind you, my order is large, and I fully understand all of my request was not going to be shipped at the same time. The information regarding my shipment says delivered however I only received (4) of the (12) items purchased. Any clarity on the pending order items and or associated timelines would be sincerely welcomed.

Again, overall really satisfied. I am just looking for some positive communication with pending shipment items.

Top Notch Customer Service

I've placed several orders with Synergee over the last month+. There have been some issues. One a shipping issue and not the fault of Synergee. Another a product quality issue. No other issues. In EVERY circumstance dealing with Customer Service (Kelsey), I have always been treated with genuine concern and care and felt like the company (as represented by Kelsey) truly cares about their products and customer service. Mistakes happen. I get that. But I appreciate the sincerity Synergee consistently demonstrates. I am and will be a repeat customer.

#8141 I had an order number and it was…

#8141 I had an order number for a 30 LB straight Barbell and it was suppose to ship the last week of June like 30th. The owner Joey contacted about the delay and the shipment happened immediately. The product received was nice of a superior quality.Will order more equipment in future.

No communication or update on preorder item that was supposed to ship

I placed an order for an item that was on pre-order. I was given an "expected to ship by" date and have been patiently waiting for 6 weeks. The item has yet to ship (expected by date has passed) and no one reached out to let me know that the shipping would be delayed. I have reached out via email but have not gotten a response. I had high hopes as all the reviews Ive read for Synergee and Iheartsynergee.com have been great, but setting an expectation and then offering no communication (even though I've already paid) is not great customer service. I understand things are busy right now bc of the pandemic, but an email would have sufficed. The website even says of pre-order dates: "Should any changes arise, our Synergee athletes will be notified as soon as possible." I have yet to be notified. I would not recommend them at this time. VERY poor communication. They currently have my money and I currently have nothing.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication. He explained the situation and offered a few solutions to help correct the situation. It was clear customer satisfaction is very important to him and I appreciated the fact that he reached out. I've changed my review to 5 stars because its clear that even if someone goes amiss, the Synergee team is willing to fix it. Nothing is perfect (especially during this pandemic) so being flexible and understanding is key.

Excellent company to do business with

Excellent company to do business with. I ordered the wrong bar and replaced it with no problems on their end. Canada post lost the return shipment but they still refunded my item and dealt with canadapost. I have bought numerous items from them and they are all top quality. I will continue to purchase from this company and highly recommend it. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them
