Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Loan Experience
I want to warn anyone considering Synergy Credit Union: my experience was extremely disappointing. I dealt with Tracee Hamel and spent a total of five hours in the branch over several days, providing all documents and answering every question carefully.
After all that effort, my loan application was declined just four days later, with almost no explanation or guidance. The entire process felt disorganized, disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time.
I expected professionalism, clear communication, and support from a reputable credit union — instead, I was left frustrated, stressed, and without answers. This experience has made me question how seriously Synergy Credit Union treats its customers.
I strongly caution anyone considering applying here to be prepared for poor communication and unprofessional handling of applications.
