Charlie and Steve installed my EV charger today. They were very thorough and even hoovered up afterwards. They were very polite - asking if they should take their shoes off etc They worked without a break and produced a neat clean installation. They even connected my phone App to the charger. I give them 5/5.

From first enquiry to installation .. EASY and I did not have a clue !
Online Survey was straight forward enough, installation was speedy and efficient all in time for my ev delivery.
Steve the installer called me on the morning to let me know traffic was bad and delayed 20 mins , very nice guy who explained everything to me .
All left clean and tidy no mess at all
Overall great service from all the team would recommend 100%

From the initial enquiry to the finished installation Synergy have been absolutely brilliant. Any questions I had prior, during and after were all answered immediately. My particular job was not a straightforward install due to the location of the meters etc but was no problem for the Engineer.

My Dad has just made the change to an EV, and Synergy EV where charged with the installation of his home charge point.
From begining to end and the whole process was seemless and very professional by the team at Synergy EV.
Danny the Instalation Engineer was very friendly, knowledgable and took the time to fully explain and walk my Dad through every step of charging his new car. Their workmanship was exceptional clean and tidy with minimal fuss.

What a great company!! After my EV charger developed a fault 18 months after installation, and the charger company asking me to take it apart and send them photos (which I am by no means trained to do), I called Synergy EV who did the installation and Luke completely took over the problem. They contacted the other company directly and arranged for them to send the replacement parts to me and then sent another knowledgeable, diligent member of the team to carry out the works in the same week. Great customer service and couldn’t recommend them enough

Truly outstanding customer service. I'm writing this almost a year after our charger was installed. A minor fault developed over the summer. I dropped Luke and his team an email to describe what was happening - within about an hour, Luke called me to say what he thought was wrong; within a day someone had come to fix it. They are professional, honest and friendly.

Bought an EV on Friday and contacted Synergy EV on Monday enquiring about a home charger.

Spoke with Luke (Company Director) who came across as genuine and passionate about his work and his company. Feeling completely assured of his integrity I asked how soon they could fit a home charger and he offered Friday. I advised that I was going away for a long weekend and therefore it would have to be a later date.
Luke then offered Wednesday afternoon, which was great.

On the Wednesday, Luke telephoned to advise that his engineer was held up in North London and would be late (I am in mid-Kent). In the meantime, another engineer would come and start the job in readiness for his arrival.

Shortly after the first engineer arrived, the original engineer turned up along with another one, and all three of them got to work as a team like a ‘well oiled machine’.

All three were, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions (even daft ones) and my partner and I really enjoyed their company.

When the job was done, the relevant apps needed setting up which they took their time to assist us with and only left when they were sure we were happy.

From the telephone call to start the process, to the finished result everything was impressively efficient and completed with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Customer service at its best, nobody could have done it better.

Thank you Luke and the engineers Luke, Lukas and Charlie, they all deserve a £10 bonus each for such a good job.

Synergy EV completed fantastic install for us, within a grade II* listed building. The cable run was long, both internally through walls etc and externally through the grounds. The quote was quick and accurate, the whole project from start to finish including the installation went very smoothly. Very impressed with the work and would highly recommend them.

Ben and Ben arrived on time and began the install right away. They were both efficient and very tidy during the installation. Once completed they ran though the App and explained the finer points of the charger. Very impressed by the service provided and would thoroughly recommend them.

Jake and Andy were the guys who came to install the Electric Box. They were very friendly, professional, quick and did the job very clean and excellent. I would recommend these two guys to anyone who wants to install the electrical box.

Had charger fitted yesterday by Ben with help from Jo , it turned out to be fairly difficult to fit as being a Victorian house with main power unit under stairs, they had to go under floor boards and out through wall , a very neat job of laying cable outside , left the area all very tidy , very helpful ,very professional ,
had some quires the next day regarding using the charger, to which they where very helpful , it was the weekend and their day off , always great to know the phone will be answered ,

The team installed a Ohme EV charger me. They kept me informed prior to installation and whilst there was some issues with dates due to sickness, they worked a late shift to ensure the unit was installed as per the initial agreed date - much appreciated.
The work was tidy and they were in no rush to leave until I was happy with the installed product - great job.

Went for an Ohme Pro and couldnt be happier. Both Ben and Jake were fantastic guys, really polite and chirpy. Install was as clean as it comes and actually nicer to look at that I imagined. After completion, Jake took the time to help setup the Ohme App.

Jo arrived on time in filthy weather and fitted my EV charge point outside. He worked hard and made no complaints about getting soaked.

Excellent experience ordering our EV charger from Synergy EV. The order process was very straightforward and Richard helped with questions and design. The installation was done by Joe and Craig who were excellent from start to finish. The work is a very high standard.

From first call to end of install everything went smoothly.
Call handlers were excellent and the fitting team were great. Explained everything in detail and help me with the set up of the App.
