Difficulty ending subscription and poorly trained staff

I had a subscription for two pairs of glasses. The shop staff is generally poorly trained (not optitions they are generally well trained). The staff never really able to get any proper answer out of them let alone a recommendation of suitable classes. I had a lot of trouble moving from one shop at one end of the city to the other. I had to go to both shops about 5 times to get the move of information done. My main aim for the subscription was the insurance and the change of lenses. Unfortunately, they force you into buying new frames even though I liked my old ones, which basically makes the subscription pointless. When I wanted to buy my glasses out they advised me to wait until both can get bought out, otherwise I would get additional changes. In the end, after having bought out my glasses I was still charged three months worth of subscriptions with yet another excuse, even though I was promissed at the buyout that no more changes would be sent. Generally, they do not know their own policies and every time you talk to someone, you get another response and a pushing around of blame and information. Far from

The person that did my eye exam was very professional and caring.

The person that did my eye exam was professional. He explained what he was doing and why for each step of the exam. I had dropped in without an appointment as I was concerned that I might have a contact lens stuck in my eye. He examined and checked my eyes to ensure there was not any injury or issues. He did find an eyelash under my eyelid and removed it. I was very happy with my experience of this eye exam in a moments notice.

Synsam is regret for me.

Synsam is regret for me. I went to Synsam in Amfi Madla in Stavanger, the doctor who checked my eyes prescribed me glasses with a much higher prescription than I should have. I encountered problems such as dizziness, nausea and not being able to see with glasses. I went for the second time. This time they gave me a more ideal pair of glasses. I bought a Dolce&Gabbana eyeglass frame from Synsam. The brand marks of the frame were deformed when they gave the second glass. As a result of all these experiences, I came to the conclusion that they did a very indifferent, sloppy and superficial job. They showed their incompetence by both giving my eye number with large differences (which was ruining my good near vision quality) and deforming my frame. If I were smarter now, I'd go to Specsavers. Synsam has an attitude of brushing off the customer and is very annoying.

Had my eyes tested for multifocal…

Had my eyes tested at Sysam, Randaberg. For multifocal glasses, they gave me a quote of 2100kr which I thought was a good price. then when I came back to purchase, showing them, the quote they gave me. They said a mistake had been made and that the price had gone up to 3300kr a big increase. They did not admit to their mistake so the the customer survice was very poor, do not recommend using, only interested in the money and not the customer. Felt like I was conned.

I contacted the service

I contacted the service, explained that I don’t speak English very well and it would be easier for me to communicate via e-mail, I wrote to e-mail, but no one answered me, I called the support service and they promised me to answer all my questions to e-mail now, but no one answered my questions and did not solve my problem. I can give the service zero points. Worst service and worst customer service. I do not recommend to anyone.

There's something crazy with his…

There's something crazy with his head🧠he must be mentally crazy from what I have seen and the service i should get. He just acting normal to impress you but when you really talk with him, then you will see he is mentally crazy. who told you a boss can't have problem up in the 🧠 all 3 include the manager who works at Synsam Manglerud gives customer the service they want & they gave me poor service and they give good to whom they want which means that they go for how the customer looks something that absolutely does not make sense at all. I personally have been through rudeness with the boss myself. let me tell you what he did. I talked to him to explain something, but when I was about to tell him how bad service they gave me, he suddenly started hanging up the phone for no reason, but then I called back to ask why he did it, but guess what he did second time? He talked over me and not only that he were screaming so only he could talk and when I did What I wanted to to he hang up the 2 time without letting me ask ask anything just that said it all how bad impression they give to the customers!
There's so many Synsam in this country so I would recommend you to go somewhere else and not to ppl who will help u just because of your look 🤯 Am glad my Lod will take care of all the dritt they are doing to ppl. 2 people have already been through what I have, but guess what? The lord of the Lord, the king of all kings will make your life will like a hell if it is not in this world then it will happened in the next world which will be a indescribable punishment u ha e never tasted and seen! I can't wait for what will happen to you! When u treat ppl wrong, the creater of all creates will make u go through hell.

Poor quality products and bad customer…

Poor quality products and bad customer service.

Ordered two pairs of glasses in July 2021. Chose almost the most expensive glass to be fit in. I had to bring both frames back two times to fit so they would not slide down the nose (and they still do slide down), but most importantly the glass quality was really disappointing - they reflect a lot, look bad in pictures, easily get dirty and scratch. The cheapest glasses I had from their competitor before were much better than this. In the shop they told me this is all as expected. Stay away and buy your glasses elsewhere.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever been in contact with. They have misleading prices on their website just to lure you in and on top of that, if you call their norwegian contact number and you press 9 ( for english ), they transfer you directly to their swedish branch without any indication of it. So guess who spent 15 min on a phone call explaining what happened just to find out at the end that they are in fact the sweedish branch and I should not press 9 and pray for a norwegian employee. And when I called again and finally talked to a norwegian employee guess what, they reccommended to call the shop I had a disagreement woth in the first place and try to sort it out myself.

I payed 800nok to get lenses and I haven;t got them . Without tests Sofia told me that I can;t use lenses and to be sure I need to get eye test . Yesterday she told me that trial lenses for me is finished .

Before she told me that it's ok without eye test and check it from my glases .
