We have a very strong online presence and can generally get your order to you by the next working day of ordering, using our Free Next Day Delivery service. If you require a demo or just a day out in DJ heaven, then our store is situated in Nottingham City Centre. You're very welcome to come and meet us, book a demo, or simply have a jam. Synthetic is known as "The Store With A Difference" as we value being a hub for the local Dance Music Community, hosting In-store DJ Sets , Workshops, Free Master Classes and One 2 One DJ / Music Technology Lessons. We have an open deck policy at the store, permitting individuals from the local community to come and experience the DJ Booths. We likewise urge individuals to bring their own music stems, to connect to our In-store Studio and jam the day away. Our industry trained staff are super professional yet very friendly and furthermore have north of 30 years experience in the industry, from touring DJ's, Record Label proprietor’s and Music Producers / Remixes.

Great Service
Had to wait a while for my equipment I ordered, due to covid and delayed shipments, but received excellent customer service from Steve, who constantly kept me updated on dates of possible arrival. Extremely good also for any advice needed on djing equipment, wouldn't go anywhere else now, would highly recommend

RX3 Purchase
Bought the RX3 as an upgrade from the DDJ-1000 for gigs that haven’t got CDJs and I must say I’ve used them a few times and they are a great bit of equipment with the feel of CDJs. With recently moving to USB only the search function is so much better and easier to find tracks/playlists.
The support i got from Steve at synthetic was incredible from payment right until collection. Highly recommend the company and I wouldn’t go anywhere other than this shop.

Upgraded my CDJ's to a pair of pioneer cdj 3000.. what great piece of kit .. Huge colour screen and rock solid performace ..Biggest thing that surprised me was the sound quality over my old pioneer cdj's ..incredible..I use Synthetic pro audio for all my dj kit and find the guys a pleasure to deal with . Highly recomended.
