I have been dealing with Steve at Synthetic Pro Audio for about 4 years now - ever since my son became more serious about his DJ’ing. Steve has always been really helpful and genuine giving expert technical advice and helping us make well informed decisions on any new equipment. He also went above and beyond for my son during his final A-Level year (mid Covid) when he introduced us to Confetti Institute at Nottingham Trent University as a potential place for him to study Music and Audio Technology. Really happy with the purchase. Been looking at the buying some DJ kit on a smaller budget to get back in playing and have been doing various searches. All stores were not in Nottingham and finally found Synthetic Pro Audio based in Nottingham. Popped in, had a great conversation with Steve and his assistant (apologies for forgetting his name) who allowed me to test out the equipment, have a conversation about products and what I was looking for and they also gave me a good price. Two weeks on, I'm loving the equipment, it's suitable at the moment for what I'm doing and allowing me to get to grips with online programs and how to use everything. The guys in store are brilliant, easy to talk too and honest with their opinions. The only negative is not having a laptop stand, but not really a first world problem. At the moment I couldn't be happier.

The service from Steve at Synthetic Pro Audio was absolutely outstanding! I ordered a brand new XDJ-XZ when there weren't many in the country. He kept me informed every step of the way in his professional, yet polite and friendly manner.

The shop was easy to find and Steve and the team were very friendly and helpful when i came to view the unit. He even loaned me a demo model to test/try out over the weekend.

I would definitely recommend Steve and Synthetic Pro Audio to anyone, and since ordering my unit a mate of mine has ordered the exactly the same one from Steve.
