Scam, they take my money but not sending goods, it’s been 3 months now.

Pay very attention to this seller, it's a scam!
They take the money in advance, without sending you anything.
I contacted the polish postal police to report them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I payed and after 2 weeks of unaswered emails I have still not received my order.
Update: It has been 6 months and still nothing received
Update 2: I received a refund almost one year later after signaling this problem to my bank (Revolut).

Urgently need to warn anybody who is thinking of ever purchasing a product here. do not do it! This is not a reliable company and buying anything from here is a major gamble and there is a very very large chance that you will not receive anything. Especially if you have spent a lot of money.

I tried to buy a Nice Gate Motor from Systems 4 You in July 2022. Grzegorz Dordzik was initially helpful and responsive to my emails and we agreed on a price for the product. The mistake I made was paying for the item up front because here I am in December 2022 and the product never arrived. Mr Dordzik confirmed receipt of my payment in July 2022. Despite me sending many emails to him asking for an update, there has been zero reply. I can therefore only conclude his is a fake company which is happy to take customer's money and not supply product in return. I recommend you avoid this company.

Order arrived on time. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Zero reponse. Avoid at all costs.

Like many others, Company is happy to take your money then say the item is on the way. After that, no contact. no tracking number. no replies to email.

Right, where do I start?! Firstly DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order over a month ago, for over 4000Kr, to which I have not received. Before I paid for the order, He was very good at customer service and replying quickly to emails. As soon as I had paid in full, he ghosted me. I have chased my order on numerous occasions , to which of course I get no response from. This is absolutely a fake company and I regret ever placing the order with him. I will be taking legal action against this company, if he continues to ignore me (no matter of the cost). If you are reading this as a potential customer, do yourself a favour and purchase else where.

I only gave 1 star as I couldn't put none.

I spent €200 with this company nearly 3 weeks ago. Eventually Grzegorz Dordzik answered emails with excuses and promises. No control board and no refund. Beware!

Board arrives today 30th march it was sent on the 22nd March after being told it had been sent a week earlier. Ffs. I already ordered paid and received a control board from another company. Total amateur. Avoid!!

Placed my order, good communication from seller, goods arrived on time, goods working all good thanks Grzegorz will buy again !

A couple of years ago I ordered a part for my gate opener. Response via email was quick and courteous. I paid and received a response that the goods were on the way. A few days later they arrived in good order. Very satisfied and reasonable price...cheaper than locally. I live in Perth, Western Australia. Another part has now died so I have just placed another order....with high confidence.

I placed the order for my gate actuator with Systems 4 you before I read the comments on this site. After I read the comments, I thought I was in big trouble and I started contemplating how to get my money back. I was really pleasantly surprised when in just 3 days I received the confirmation that the order had been shipped and a few days later I received it. Somehow, it worked for me just fine. I received what I ordered in a short time for a moderate price. I can only suggest that the company starts taking PayPal for extra security assurance.

On the begin of January this year I ordered a Came Gard G5000 barrier with a long bom, a lot of accessories and delivery to Sweden. Within several days of mailing, I received many sensible tips about required devices and accessories. Despite the fear of sending a large sum of money to Poland, everything went well. Order has been delivered personally by employer (boss?). In the future, I will probably use the Systems 4 You services again.

Do not order here, the owner will lie about sending the products and will never send them. They will take your money and stop responding. Even if a first transaction/order seems to go fine, do not be fooled! After you order for a larger sum, they will never deliver.

I made an order from this company. I was a bit concerned about the lack of regular payment options (a bank transfer was requested) so I decided to google the company. Coming to this site was not good. Too many negative experiences. I emailed to cancel the order. Grzegorz responded and said he would ship the component and I could pay after I was satisfied. Although I am naturally suspicious of internet transactions I couldn't see the downside so agreed to this proposal. The part arrived in 7 working days and was totally as described.

I can't speak to the negative experiences listed here, but I can say that my experience was first class. Never has an internet merchant shipped me the goods without first requiring payment. Thank you Grzegorz!

Do NOT buy anything from them.
The well articulated representative happily takes your money, promise the item has been shipped then more or less stops answering your e-mails. I'm in the progress preparing a lawsuit and I just filed a local complaint in Poland, this will be interesting.
