I am saddened having to find this thread AFTER ordering from Systems 4 you. 2 handsets ordered and promised delivery when requesting delivery status 4 times via email. Another 8 days has passed since the last "promise" of shipment asap and not even a tracking ID supplied. Extremely disappointed with service, empty online promises and no sense of customer satisfaction whatsover.

Still remains to see if he and systems4you completely disappeared with a payment for around €100, but either way strongly recommend NOT ordering from Systems 4 you if you actually want your goods delivered in the end and on time...

Mr x is owner of this "business" . His company Systems4you does not deliver what I have paid for.
He does not do what is promised.
He just run away with other peoples money.
He does not answer my emails.
He does not answer telephone.
Never pay any money to this guy.
zero stars should have been possible for this person.

Ordered Hörmann product from this store. The company took my money, but no product got delivered. Tried multiple times to get in contact with them - but got no answer until I threatened to report them. The company then promised to send the product ASAP. Nothing got delivered. Once more the company tried to fend me off with a picture of the parcel - with my name/address on it and a tracking number for the Polish Post service. The parcel never got delivered - and the tracking number show up empty when I try to search for it. I tried to contact the company several times after that, but got no reply. After waiting for over 3 months without receiving anything, I wrote it off - and accepted that I probably had been fooled. I ordered another one from a local store. It was delivered within 1 week, and I finally had a garage door that was operative again. I accepted my losses, and life went on. Then, after another couple of months, I suddenly received a parcel I didn't understand where it came from. Guess what, it contained the item that I had ordered -but no longer needed. All in all not a very trustworthy experience. My recommendation is to choose another supplier.

Bought a garage door opener from this site and had to wire the money upfront. Why on earth would I do that? Well, I bought a couple of things from this site in the past and the service was good. This time nothing.. I e-mailed them severel times, sometimes they replyed that they did't know why I haven't recieved anything, but after some months they stop answering my emails.

Then I checked theyre score on Trust Pilot and found several people in my situation. So I wrote a pretty harsh review here on Trust Pilot.

Suddenly the remote turned up at my Post Office after six months and they complained on my review to Trust Pilot saying I used "language that’s accusatory or defamatory".

So the lesson here is: DO NOT buy products from websites that don't allow you to pay trough trustet partners like PayPal or Master Card. If you want to purches something here, don't pay up front.

Since I finally recieved what I ordered I give them two stars to be fair.

Easy shopping, good prices, good service, everything delivered as expected. Will buy again and recommend to others.

Excellent seller. Had to replace garage door control board and seller offered better deal for the same price. Great and fast communication, helped to resolve related questions. Fast shipping and shipped my item even before received my payment (ordered from foreign country in EU).

A+++ seller!

This Company and its staff is very unproffessional For more than a month I have tried to get my ordered Hörmann products. Please stay away. I have filed a Police report and I hope that all serious producers ban Systems4you.eu from their Suppliers soon in order not ta ruin their brands.

Just keep up with your lies and your fake reality. Everybody, please stay away. This company is fake and have stolen a lot of money from a lot of people. Just read the reviews and you will see the truth.

Ordered equipment for €1800,- Nothing delivered after 3 month and money ..well.. who knows :-(

I ordered 10 remote handsets on 16th of june 2018. pre-paid, received nothing. They do not answer the phone and do not react on mij e-mail.

UPDATE: received the 10 remotes last week. Finally.

I ordered 2 sets of "Håndsender Hörmann HSE 2 BS - BiSecur - 868 MHz" prepayed at 2018-06-19, but I have received nothing! The Order-page says it is sent (with no track number). I get no respond from the company. Stay away!

Extremely helpful and service minded! I needed a quick delivery of a garage remote control and the one I wanted, was not on stock that same day and I were supposed to wait for two days extra before they could send it to me, but instead they offered me the most expensive one for the same price as the cheaper one I ordered from the beginning, and this just to provide me with a quicker delivery! Ordered a Hörmann UAP1 1 Month ago. Prepaid. Contacted the shop owner and recieved an email that there are holidays in Poland that they will send it immediately the next week.
I still don't have the part.

The so called company; Systems 4 You does not live up to its name. It should have been named "System 4 myself".
They are cheating you and lying all the way. I was stupid enough and prepaid some goods. I recieved one half of the order in a couple of weeks. The rest will never ever be sent. He has promised to send it to me for 4-5 months now but he never keeps his promises! Do not do business with this unhonest man. As soon as he sees a chance to fraud you he will!!

I ordered two Hörmann products 10th january 2018 and paid in advance. They have replied two times and said that they should send it within a few hours. I still have not received anything. No tracking info. And now they don't reply either mails or telephone.

Package received 27.02. Although they sent the package many weeks later than stated, I am pleased to receive the products.

Better communication could generate more customers.

Very good service, I placed the order and saw that it was sent the same day, I received my product within 3-4 days directly in my mail

I bought a door opener for our garage. It never came out and the company said I should wait a little. It never came. Then they promised to send a new departure with a track and trace. They just did not. Have asked to get my money back - I would rather not have got it. I am very dissatisfied with this trade and now they no longer answer my mails. Really bad service.
