The people were very helpful. There was an issue communicating with the drivers. Despite constant requests for contact I had no calls from drivers when they were on their way. The people I spoke to always tried to help, but there is a breakdown in communications somewhere which left me feeling frustrated and cross at times.

Very fast turn around on skips and friendly staff

Hired a skip with Syte Link and everything went smooth, no issues and would highly recommend!

They give me 4 feet skip for 270£ Which is very, very expensive because I got 10 feet Skip 4Which is very, very expensive because I got 10 feet Skip for £340 before I got the escape from them, I called them and I said I need it for one day collection they came the second day they saying the car is blocking the axis and they want to charge me £80. They come again the car is for a disabled person he’s in the hospital, they have no customer service. I have a very, very bad experience with them. I will never use this company again. I’m a builder. I get 2to3 skips a week They lost me as a customer.

They are more expensive than other company but the services is still worst than others. Booked for a skip but then Rachel the operator said that there is no chance to get a skip the second day I have already booked and payed previously for the skip complaining that are no acces for booking from the operator.
“I am so sorry all my transports are fully booked today I was calling around this morning. As our office shifts at 5pm we have no access to bookings.”
All fine until the collection arrived and after picking up the skip we keep receiving calls and emails to pay for overloading. Just to be clear it was only garden waste and on the top of the skip were branches and leafs so I see myself paying for another £130 for overloading skip. I require that the collection service has not disclosed that the skip have been overload but she declared that to avoid the wasted journey we asked to get this removed. I would have booked for another skip or take it my self for the recycling point for a few branches.
Not at all professional and a waste of time and money. Don’t recommend

I’m amending my original review which I gave a one star due to a few issues that arose with our rubbish collection, but after talking with the team (Liam, Sophie and Daryl) the issues were resolved and we were provided with service that really went above and beyond.
There was a bit of back and forth but the team were always helpful and polite and you can tell they really do care a lot about their customers and want to do the right thing

Horrible experience. Kash refuses to give a full refund eventhough there was no breach in T & C (he agrees) but because it is against his contractual agreements with other companies . It is not my responsibility to check your agreements, it is yours. It is your own fault you didn't do your own research prior and did not put it in your t&c. We had another companies skip in our drive, there was space for another one so we ordered it from sytelink. They then arrived and didn't place the skip and charged us for a wasted journey. Will be going through small claims court.

I’ve used SyteLink on multiple projects across London. Very friendly and helpful office staff. The prices are very reasonable and the service is always exceptional.

Great service and great company all round! We have used them for both skips and grabs with no issues, would highly recommend!

VOID AT ALL COST. The driver damaged the gate reversing in, didn't apologise, didn't care. When we called about it, the "very helpful" gentleman said its in our T's and C's. There are other more competent companies, this company isn't one of them.

Simply terrible company. I paid £10 a minute for a skip - £318 for 30 minutes. . Absolute exhortion. Then they charged me additions. I read the email from top to bottom. What you don’t see is an additional T&Cs attached. I argued this and they threatened passing onto debt collection agency. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Trustpilot and this company have now asked me for more info. Or perhaps my review will disappear. Firstly what does that say about Trust pilot (this would be the 2nd review they’ve done this to) and secondly clearly this company is working to remove honest reviews. They want more info about their service. It’s all above. If this review disappears, it calls into question Trustpilot’s objectivity.
