Even small hiccups can be resolved with great customer service
The buying and shipping process was as usual very quick. We then hit a little obstacle where the courier company either lost it or is just very busy even after having it for 7 days.
The reason for the 5 stars is due to the great customer experience I received from Kirstie. It took her only a few minutes to see the problem, cancel the order and create a new one that was delivered (different courier) the following day. We need more people like Kirstie at the end of the phone when you have an issue - many thanks

Worst online shopping experience ever
Worst online shopping experience ever! Do not buy here if youre not from the UK. Takes a week before they react to mails and when you complain they cancel the order without any notice or mail. Still waiting on refund. Wont answer the telephone so dont bother calling.

So I gave them the info straight away...3 days in now, not a single response. Ill keep you updated...frankly not a lot of confidence. My guess is they only reply to make it look engaging and because my CC company filed a fraude complaint (since i didnt receive my goods and also didnt get a refund like they promised)

T juice seems to have been around since like the dawn of vaping 😁 plus they are British. Mainly known in vaping for their very popular and well known Red astaire (cherry tunes) flavour. To this day my sister won't vape anything else 😂 my personal favourite is Jack the ripple (raspberry ice cream flavour) and their custards are good also and their new menthol range, if you're into menthol type vapes. Whenever I've ordered from them delivery has been fast and their prices are also good.

Fantastic company
One of the first juice companies i ever tried and of course it had to be red astaire, and to this day it is still a fantastic flavour.
Any orders turn up on time, packaged well and never disappoint.
All in all a great company with a flavour to suit everyone all day, everyday.
