Customer service did liase when the order took longer than than normal. The manhole cover although it was OK for where it went it was not the one in the photo so didn't fit flat instead it's raised but as said it works fine because it's in a border not in a foot path and what it is is good quality.

I placed what must be a very small order for T Mex but for me was hugely important and I was replacing much of the pipework for my Koi pond into a new shed. Not to be missing an elbow / socket part will be crucial on the day.
The whole team went above and beyond in helping me. If this is the service provided to an individual then I can only imagine to any Company it must be truly amazing. Lovely people, great compnay.

So the courier allegedly delivered the parcel to the wrong address which also was an empty property for sale even though it displayed the house number clearly. Not T-mex fault however the customer service from T-mex was awful, I had to ask for a call by a manager and made a formal complaint which never happened and finally took a week to receive a refund. I appreciate they have policy’s and procedures but 1hr after not receiving the delivery that showed delivered the courier had provided a photo of the incorrect property and location but still I had to wait for T-mex to wait for the courier to investigate. Doesn’t help me when waiting on the fittings and having to pay out for replacements whilst trying to get a refund for the original. No apologies for my time wasted which was over 2hrs sourcing other fittings and chasing Tmex. Very disappointing

Wanted a large amount of a certain item (32-20mm reducer) item stated 217 in stock at 58p each. Called them up to check they had the stock in and to cross reference them from our current supplier, was advised someone would check and call me back - they never did and I went back online to order them and they'd put the price upto 70p each. Poor customer service and poor business ethics. Have taken my business elsewhere which is a shame as we buy circa 10,000 a year.

Easy to order online, delivery very prompt, price competitive. Technical help was informative and helpful.

After snapping a mains water pipe and try to obtain some ABS pipe and driving round and round i was informed of T-mex Express , i gave them a call they allowed me to turn up and they had everything i needed even though that don't have a trade counter and i cannot thank them enough . Thanks T-mex

i odered a 3inch coupier , i got a 90mm one ,you sed i odered the rong one ,you should have check with me for pipe size,od, every one i have ever used have sent it right not happy
