I recently ordered AIRE 360, i have tried to contact the company as the product is faulty. Barrells keep coming off and burnt my leg as they get extremely hot. There chat line doesn't work no one answers. Their customer support never reply and surprisingly no contact number. Absolutely appalled wish I had never bought this expensive item.
I ordered from them mid November. They did not label the order properly which is why it got sent back. They claimed to resend it and up until today I haven’t heard from them on the multiple emails that I have been sending them for a week now!! No order confirmation - no refund! This is unacceptable. Please be very very careful before ordering from them.
