My very awkward-sized slate (beautiful but cold to the touch) dining table now has a perfect-fit cloth. The parcel arrived very quickly and the colour is exactly as I expected. I searched everywhere for a good quality, reasonably priced cloth and have found it with Direct Linen. I will definitely look at some varied colours and styles.

Ordered Saturday, a non working day and received in France on Wednesday!!! Utterly fantastic customer service. Saved my easter gathering, I thought I had ordered weeks ago, (I hadn't ) so assumed it was not going to arrive on time - and here it is !!! Sounds silly, but I haven't stopped smiling, a lovely 3 meter long, white tablecloth. :)

Just a quick email to say that the tablecloth arrived safely yesterday (Tuesday) and I am really pleased with how it has turned out - can't wait to put it to use.

For years I have looked in shops to try and find tablecloths to fit my table, which I know now to be a Circassian Oval, nothing has ever fitted properly. I found Direct Linen via Google and as I wanted a tablecloth for 5 days ahead I called them and a very helpful lady told me they could make one and ship it in time.
I ordered it on Tuesday lunchtime, it was ready for shipping 2 hours later and arrived on Thursday. It is perfect, a nice heavy material. I intend replacing all my tablecloths with made to measure ones from Linen Direct.

Although I like the material and colour of the tablecloth I bought it arrived extremely creased as it had been badly folded in the factory. I wrote to the company asking for a replacement but never heard from them. After several washes it is still the same and as it is a non-iron tablecloth I do not dare ironing it. I wanted it as a table cover and it looks a very expensive mess. All in all it cost me £25-54!!!

I accept my order was small, however I could not believe how poor the product was nor how rude the follow up service was.

I received the circular cloth I ordered within the time scale offered. However when the cloth arrived, it was not truly circular, nor was it the correct diameter. This was despite their website offering this assurance "Made To Order. All our linen products are made to order to guarantee perfect fit".

I emailed my comments to them, however no reply. I emailed again and again no reply. I telephoned them. I was told to return the item at my own expense and they would refund the cost of the cloth. I asked for a refund of my original shipping cost and also the cost of returning the item to them. This was refused. I asked to speak to the supervisor. He told me that that they would not refund shipping costs if I was returning an item I did not like. I tried to explain that I did like the product, but I wanted to return the item because it was the wrong size and made badly. He told me that because the cost of my order was small, he was wasting time discussing this with me. I tried to reason with him, however he wasn't interested and put the phone down on me.

We ordered two made to measure tablecloths after requesting swatch samples. They arrived quickly as stated on the website. When one of them arrived it was not the colour we expected. After contacting their customer services, it was no problem and a replacement was sent even quicker. The quality looks very good and the price for made to measure was surprisingly low. All in all I would recommend this company to anybody. Only thing disappointing was that they use UPS as a courier who failed to deliver on time and had a customer service department, who didn’t know the meaning of customer service.

Prompt and efficient service. They provided three different size cloths for our non-standard, extendable, dining table that fit perfectly. The quality and colour just what we wanted all in record time.

I spent a long time looking in shops and on line for suitable tablecloths for a special table we had got out of storage. No luck at all. Then I found Direct Linen who could supply exactly what I wanted, even though the table was not a standard size. The tablecloths arrived today - much sooner than I had expected :) - they are exactly what I wanted. I am very much encouraged to look at Direct Linens first when I need more fabric items for our house.

Both of my orders were dealt with quickly and accurately. The ordering service is simple to use to ensure the correct size of tablecloth. Staff were most helpful. The tablecloths look good but also wash and iron easily. Very glad I found this company.

Very helpful with replacing a table protector that did not perform as desired

I spoke to 3 different people at Linens direct and they were all so lovely and helpful. Needed a tablecloth of specific size for my daughters 1st wedding anniversary and it arrived within a few days and is beautiful. Highly recommend this company and will certainly use again.

Direct Linen took the trouble to contact me about my order as my table was a non-standard shape. They asked for photos to ensure that they could provide the right product. The tablecloth arrived in super-quick time, well packaged along with a table protector. The fabric was a good weight white polyester damask and looked very smart . Washed well, dried quickly and needed the minimum of ironing. I would highly recommend this product.

Ordered black table cloth with a grey runner and white serviettes, my order arrived promptly and the cost was amazing as I did order one of the cheaper fabrics, I did order the wrong size runner 90cm instead of 90inch, and as it was my fault I ordered a white slightly wider 90inch runner, I put the small grey one on top of thi
s and it looks amazing, I was so pleased with the product, made so lovely, time it took and the cost I ordered a round table cloth for my garden table, it all looks and feels fabulous.

We were looking for a tablecloth larger than the average ones you could buy in the shops. We were sent samples of materials promptly, and made a choice.
We bought a cloth and a table runner, both of which were dispatched very quickly. The quality and finish of both are excellent.

Contacted them to describe what I wanted to do, which was just to print a big-clock sized logo on oilcloth. I was expecting to have to cut it out myself, but when it arrived it was perfectly printed and cut to my specifications and at an extremely reasonable price (an order of magnitude below comparable quotes).
