Absolutely brilliant customer care. I had a problem with my tablecloth, I rung these guys up straight away, they had it sorted out within hours - also great delivery time.

No order to big nor to small, every order my company makes with direct linen, it always arrives with fantastic quality.

We bought two large tablecloths they were made to our specifications.
They arrived well within the timeframe and were were impressed with both the quality & the very professional way our order was processed.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

When you, like me, have a very odd table shape then this is the place to go. I emailed the company about my issue and they promptly replied being very helpful. When I wasn't entirely sure about what I am supposed to put into the online calculator they talked me through step by step. People seem to complain about their no returns policy but let's be honest, if they cut a tablecloth specifically for your table then it's not going to fit on anyone else's so why would they take it back? I once received a napkin with a slight fault and after sending them pictures they replaced it without any issues. I can't see what the problem is here, I am extremely happy about the quality, the prices and the service.

I have never seen such a large choice of fabrics, in every colour you could wish for. They custom make to any size and delivery is very prompt. Brilliant customer service. I would recommend anyone to use this company.

We ordered some custom size tablecloths from Direct Linen. Nothing else would fit our tables exactly as we wanted it. They made our tablecloths exactly to the size we asked! The hem finish is beautiful, and the cloths look great in our dining room and living room. The staff were great and gave very helpful advice. Online ordering was simple, easy and we had our items within a few days or ordering!
Can't recommend them enough!

I don't usually do reviews but I was really pleased with the service I received from this company.
They answer to all my questions in one e-mail 1 hr after I send it. They did a bespoke tablecloth to fit to my very long table and a runner too.
They advised me in colour combination and Falleh called me back to confirm my fast delivery request when I requested a call back.
The tablecloth arrived a day before I was expecting it and it looks amazing on my table.
I will order a sofa cover next to save it from my little boy's mucky hands.

I have placed the order with this company, excellent quality and relibelity.

I have an extra length table that is neither completely oblong nor perfectly oval, I explained this to the Direct Linen, who took it all in their stride and produced a perfect sized cloth which I have never been able to buy 'off the shelf'. I would not hesitate in recommending this company and in fact am about to order another tablecloth.

I needed a tablecloth to a specific size which I couldn't buy elsewhere. It came in good time, was the correct size and as stated on website. I ordered another! Very pleased with both and I recommended to a friend who had been using two cloths as she couldn't buy one to fit her table.

Required linen for new spare bed and didn't want to pay enormous prices. Direct Linen offered just what was needed at reasonable cost. Very prompt delivery, excellent value for money.

It's always a risk buying online but I felt confident using the Direct Linen website. The descriptions and guides were informative and helpful. The range of options made it easy to find a product that suited my criteria and budget. Delivery was spot-on schedule and I was very pleased with the quality and finish of my tablecloths.

I did quite a bit of research before ordering new tablecloths, i then double checked and checked again my measurements to ensure I received the correct size. I did order samples in advance as advised and the finished products (I ordered four different colours and fabrics) with napkins were perfect. Great price as well. Would recommend.

Ordered tableclothes based on the colour swatch shown on the website. The colour was advertised as gold, a strong orangey colour. What I received was a washed out dirty yellow colour instead.
I contacted them with a comparison of what the colour swatch online and a photo of the item (using colour pickers to show the difference in colour) but the answer was simple: you should have asked for a free sample first, sorry, not our problem.
When I tried to explain the colour palette was misleading, I only got ' colours are different on different screen', or completely ignoring the point that a colour picker on a palette will give you a very exact colour, which I based my purchase on.
As for people who think that ordering a swatch will work better, the company does not guarantee that these will match either!
So if you are after a precise colour, really best to go somewhere else.

I requested a sample of fabric ahead of ordering a large number of Napkins. The napkins came in an entirely different fabric. Cheap & nasty shiny polyester type. On complaining, I was told tough. I could return them (well, yes, Internet Shopping) but their hefty postage charge and the return postage would be for me to pay. When asking to speak to someone senior in the company, the phone was put down! Just do not use. You won't get what you order.

I ordered at the end of November, if you check the site you will see that you can only pick an address you cannot type in. I was then sent a curt e-mail mid December advising me that the goods had been returned to them because of an incorrect address ( turned out there was no number)
and I would need to pay delivery again as I had quoted an incorrect address. I tried to challenge but have met with rude and condecending mails- do not use this company. I have refused to pay the extra postage and they will not refund as they are "not required to do so" so I have lost £65

I will never order tablecloths from this company again. This was a wedding and the tables were normal size of a standard tablecloths.Thier tablecloths should have fitted a standard round tableup to 8 people.

The Response I got when I asked for compensation from the company:
We are sorry to hear that. Our spandex tablecloths only fit on the matching table size, so they are not supposed to be used on bigger or smaller sized tables. You had purchased our 6-ft (72 inch) round spandex tablecloths, but from your pictures, they are covering a smaller sized round tables causing them to sag. Since you had purchased multiple times for the same item, you could have tried one on to see what it looks like from your first purchase and request an exchange before making the other 2 purchases. But since we did not receive an email from you regarding our products, we could not help you with purchasing the right tablecloths. Thank you for your understanding.

I Don't understand why you advertise your tablecloth the perfect fit, when they don't fit Standard tables.

There was no way I could got into the Venue prior to the event. The tables there are standard, so they should have made the perfect fit...and needless to say they didn't. The tablecloths should be labeled as Do Not Fit Standard Tables. Never will I order tablecloths from this company.

I'm a very unhappy customer that has paid this company over $1000 for products that are sagging and out of shape and they were supposed to be stretched tablecloths not sagging tablecloths.

Our Company depended on this company to uphold their name and integrity. I've never been so disappointed in a company...

This company owes our business an apology and a refund or better quality tablecloths . This was a mess and very humiliating to our company. We paid you for top quality and we got the worst quality that we have ever got from any business ever..I'm so frustrated with this company I deserve a refund or better quality products.
Please consider your name and what you stand for because we stand by our name . I hope you do too. Look at the attached pictures you can see what I'm saying and it's everyone one the tablecloths .... So Disappointed

I complained to this company because they made my tablecloth to incorrect measurements and trying to insist I measured my table incorrectly. This seems highly unlikely as my table measures 390 cm not 340 cm as manager stated, I do not know where he got his information from because we were told they did not have a copy of order measurements I put into their calculator. My second complaint was that on washing this cloth it has shrunk so does not even go to end of table. Again I was told this was impossible and would like to know how he can be so certain--I have the cloth to prove my point.
I got a very similar reply to the last complainant---15% off next order--what an insult as I would not use this company again.

Bought a Christmas tablecloth from this company for a big family gathering described a "Christmas Pattern in Wreath". very pretty in the small picture on their website.

When the tablecloth arrived it contained text on it in a language that I did not understand. Googling the text revealed it to be Portuguese. Clearly the fabric is intended for the Portuguese market not the UK market. When I emailed to complain that I felt that I had been misled and that I did not want a foreign language tablecloth this is the response I got:

We can confirm the fabric was sourced from a UK supplier, and it is sold widely in the UK market.
You will find lots of Christmas items with some Spanish or Portuguese writing available in the UK market ('Feliz Navidad' is the most usual one).

Looking at the picture of Christmas Wreath pattern on our website, the words are quite visible discernible. 
If there was any concern over what the words said, especially if they were not clearly visible, a concern/question could have been raised before the purchase.

Unfortunately as this item (together with most of the items we sell) is made specifically to order for you, we cannot accept a return for exchange or refund.

The response was dishonest as even when zooming the image there was text visible but it was not possible to read it, and it would not even occur to me that it may be foreign, so why would I enquire?

The seller is not in the least bit interested in customer satisfaction and I guess is gloating at the profit made by the deception by omission.

Despite having a case under the “consumer protection from unfair trading regulations 2008”. I have decided that it is just not worth it for a £30 purchase and this is I guess what this trader banks on.

My advice – find another honest trader.

As an aside they changed the description for the tablecloth following my complaint from "Christmas Pattern in Wreath" to “Christmas Tablecloths”, a tacit admission of guilt if nothing else.

I guess it is arguably less misleading.

My advice – Steer clear, shame really as I was looking forward to making further purchases.
